Costco is usually on point with everything until now. First and last time I'm coming to this tire center for anything. Made an appointment for a simple tire repair and it took 1.5 HOURS just to tell me they couldn't patch my tire. Another 30 min to mount my spare. A little over 2 hours for nothing.

Worst service ever. Had an appointment to repair a tire and rotation and waited close to 3 hours. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
