I stopped by to get a phone that couldn't get activated with a rep over the phone. Had to go in and karla which is a wonderful person helped me out and mind you she had 3 other people she was working with all at the same time. She was amazing. Definitely a multi tasker

Called this location on 3/25 ay anround 5pm about a question on getting my phone service in store instead of online and employee very rude said they don’t in carry sims in store so he couldn’t help me. Not sure why online it would let me and in person, he couldn’t even try? Went to a different cricket on foothill and they were gladly able to help and in fact did have sims in store.
