EVERY SINGLE PERSON IS ALWAYS SO KIND, POLITE, THOUGHTFUL, HELPFUL, GREETS YOU WITH A SMILE, ASK HOW YOU’RE DOING AND GENUINELY CARES ABOUT YOUR WELFARE!!
Aimee, The pharmacist has the kindest heart ever! She goes out of her way to help the customers… I know this for a fact because when standing in line, I see how engaging she is with each customer and of course I thought it was just my husband… Lol she’s one of a kind and is the best role model (CVS) could have for their Employees!
Andreina is unbelievably sincere and thoughtful when listening and just has the biggest heart ever! Behind the counter, Vanessa always pops her head out to say hi… She is such a sweetheart! And Jeremiah is just as helpful as he can be and always, always has a smile on his face!
I don’t think I’ve ever been in an establishment where every employee Is incredibly friendly and helpful!!
There are a few other (CVS’) Especially the store next-door in Fontana, the entire pharmacy staff could take a lesson or two from every employee at this CVS inside of Target.
If for some reason, my CVS does not have a medication, I refuse to have it sent there because the staff is rude, impatient and have incredibly long lines that move extremely slow.
Thank you CVS Corp. for having the best employees EVER at the CVS Pharmacy inside of Target!!!

For a man like me who always needs his meds on time, the staff is always gets it done on time, which is really good but what makes it great is the quality of people that work there from Amie to Chica..etc. their amazing their kindness mixed with professionalism and their family feel like, it’s the best anyone can hope for. So thank you so much for all your help through the last 13 years of my life and more from me and my whole family. Keep up your great work.

Had me waiting for 30 minutes at the window in the drive thru for my Covid test with very little communication. So disrespectful of my time. Walgreens in rancho on carnelian finished the entire process in 5 minutes last time I was there.

I scheduled a COVID19 booster shot at this location inside of Target. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm 10/21/21. I arrived 15mins early. The pharmacist made me wait until exactly 3pm nobody else was there for vaccination. I had to hear conversations about not having the correct glove size. She went to find some and another lady behind the desk kept stating she ordered some. Ten minutes later she only had large gloves in the shipment. At 3:15 I was informed that they didn't have the correct needle size. I lost it .... I told them that they shouldn't even be offering the vaccinations if they are ill prepared. What a waste of time .... Don't bother going there they are not prepared. It's a wonder why so many are still unvaccinated. Worst Experience ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WALKED OUT !!!!!

I had a covid appointment #469588 scheduled today, June 7th at 5:20pm. I arrived on time and was in line for 35 minutes in the drive they covid testing lane. When I arrived to counter the pharmacy tech told me the Nurse Practitioner that was scheduled for my appointment went home for the day and left at 5pm. I advised her I had an appointment at 5:20pm. She said she couldn't give me the covid test. I was very disappointed, that I was not notified and advised of this, very inconvenient. Very poor customer care and concern, lack of accountability from this nurse practitioner and CVS pharmacy.
