Wow! This CVS is fancy lol the CVS that's exclusively close to me is nothing like this one. This one is really nice and big. I think I just might go out of my way to come to this one instead of the one down the street from my home

Luis went above and beyond today, absolutely phenomenal customer service.I went shopping today left Ross and I could not get in my car because my battery key fob stop working . I went to Target no battery , then I walked to CVS and the battery was there. Luis checked me out and I mention I hope it works he asked what it was for I said my car , explained I can’t open the door. I asked if he had a screw driver because there was none on the floor. He asked if he had my consent to help which I thought was smart , he proceeded to open my key fob with a tool, he place the battery in , I was so happy. I walked back to my car and it WORKED. I was able to get home , thank you Luis for being so kind and patient. This level of service is amazing and truly refreshing. He deserves so much more, keep up the great job . He is a great person and CVS is truly blessed to have Luis as an employee!!

CVS really needs to do something about the level of Custer Service their employed provide. Every time I call the Summit/Falcon ridge location, the employees sound miserable. I’ve been told to change medications due to manufacturer delays. I wasn’t aware tge pharmacy was qualified to give me medical advice and ask me to change a medication I’ve been getting for months. In person, the line here is always long. They have one person working 2 registers at the same time. As a consumer, we need new pharmacies to be able to choose from.

Stopped By 4 A Six Pack of Beer.Felt so discriminated by the loss prevention. Literally following me behind.He needs a different job cause he suxs at being Undercover . Lol .Never coming here.

First two visits only received 1 of the 2 items on my prescription. Third trip. They couldn't find 1 of three prescribed meds. Terrible pharmacy

I don't recommend this store to get vaccine!! After my vaccination they did not even say anything if im getting vaxx card or what. Ridiculous staffs!!!

You guys need more Pharmacy Techs here. There’s no reason it should take 30 mins to pick up meds when only a couple of people were in line. This is by far the slowest CVS I’ve ever been to.

Called in a prescription for my patient and Benny the pharmacist refused to fill it. Before I could finish talking he hung up and was argumentative when I called back to clarify awful service. Will not be using this pharmacy again
