It's great place to shop that is friendly and prices acceptal ! However, there was always a multiple of yellow sale signs! But with all bonus coupons the valued are comparable to other stores including Walmart when purchasing CVS brand products

I went to the consultation counter in the pharmacy department, I asked the young man could he help me pick out a medication for a friend with a very upset stomach and more. He told me have her take 2 pills and every time she use the restroom take 1 pill afterwards each time she uses the restroom. I check in with her a few hours later. she felt a lot better. thanks is all I can say and thanks CVS.

went to my neighborhood CVS in Fontana on Baseline. Not the first time, but what really stood out to me today is the warm and friendly representative Jasmine that was busy and the only one I saw up front. She saw I was having problems with the self service processing and came up to assist me and really warmed my heart ❤️ because I wasn't feeling well and guided me through it and making sure I was getting all my credits and savings on the purchase. You may say that's her job, but I see it differently. In today's fast pace of life, I see people that only want to do very little and at times look away not to help you. Call me old, but I come from era where people used to help people. They made sure you got what you wanted and this created you letting people know that this company or business cared for your well being and you would refer them to others. I thanked her and she smiled and said it's my pleasure. She is a keeper! Again, thanks Jasmine. Don't change and the best to you always.

Bad customer service is bad for the company. This team member named MICHALA is soooo RUDE!! We had our passport pictures taken and even my kids noticed her discourteous attitude towards us. Seems like she hates her job so much that she's taking it out to customers.
She was called to help us with our photos. She looks very annoyed when she came. Never looked back at us when she’s giving instructions. She sounds upset when my son was smiling before she took the picture. My turn came, I was bit smiling and she got upset that she needs to retake.
We had our passport renewed several times. FYI: We are allowed to smile as long as the mouth is closed and eyes are open. Now all of us look mad on our pictures that she took!!
Very awful experience.
Remember, it is important to have a positive behavior at work, because it impacts your sales and the name of your company. You don’t need a lot of training with this kind of job, you just need to be human. So unfortunate that this CVS location hired a team member MICHALA who has a VERY poor work behavior.

if i could rate my experience here it would be a -1000/10 I would also rate it zero stars if i could, the management and employees were horrible to me and my young underage sister, as we were going to checkout these items that me and my sister were excited about, a rude blondish brown haired employee said there was only 1 per person very rudely and when we asked about another item if they had she replied rudely as well, nowhere was there a sign of there being only one item per person! as we were waiting for my mother to come, a very short bald male employee kept harassing and bothering me and my young sister while waiting for our mom. CVS get better staff! And DO BETTER!

Closer man closed doors 10 minutes before closing and I needed feminine hygiene products and he locked me out and said they were closed when it was 10:50 bad service and dick move mostly to a young female rude service

Hi, before purchasing I would like to know if I have to input my DOB and also the reason why I need to input it while buying cough medicine. while I was purchasing the cough medicine on a self checkout, a store employee came out of nowhere and scanned her card and made me input my DOB. So please train your employees to let customers know before hand why they need to input their DOB in order to buy specific things. It was rude how the employee came and scanned her card like if I was doing something wrong. It was a brunette working in the morning of 10/15/2023.
