nice people but absolutely unprofessional staff. i’m confused on how or why this business is still running, honestly. it feels like if you’re not latino/hispanic, they will not take your concerns seriously. the doctors are always coming in late. they rush through paperwork and information, like they don’t want you there for too long. again they don’t take your concerns seriously, so if you ask questions, it’s likely that they won’t have an answer or don’t know how to answer it. they don’t know how to properly fill out paperwork. the practitioners expect their very uneducated office staff to fill out documents that THEY themselves should be filling out. i've had to come there multiple times to make them fix my documents. wait times are always so long. i had an appointment and was there 15 minutes prior yet at least 4 other people were seen before me, and they all had no appointment. i waited approximately 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. and even then it felt extremely rushed and unprofessional. just make sure you look over your paperwork to make sure that everything is properly done. unfortunately i have no other choice but to have them as my primary care physician. run if you can.

Bad experience with Substitute Garcia. And he treats the women who work there very badly, I had to listen to him yell at them. Happy in my new clinic with a real doctor!! Not a substitute doctor.

I can say that the service is good, Dr. García is very professional, I consider that it is a clinic for emergencies especially when you do not have medical insurance, the prices are affordable

Doctor are very good but I think they needs to prior patients the waiting it's too much time I understand when is very busy day , when you have appointment doesn't matter you have to wait like walk in and today I just called to make appointment and Maria hold me in the line for 25 minutes so I have to cancel my call That's why I'm complaining

They have been my clinic for the last 7 years, very grateful to them for everything they help me with my referrals and my medication, the clinic's service has improved a lot over the years, thank you very much María and Dr. Miguel García and apart from that they are some excellent human beings

I came here as soon as they opened. When I called prior to Coming they told me that I didn't need an appointment. Anyways I arrived and the girls at the reception are nice. I see a lot of negative comments towards them but the entire staff are nice including the doctor. The only bad thing is that the wait is so long. I was seen at 11am and got there at 8:30 am. If you're in a rush or have no patience then this office isn't for you because you will wait approximately 2-3 hours or more. The Dr did come in late to the office or maybe that's his time to arrive. I waited so long but other than that nothing bad.

Long review below so here is the short version: 0 stars if I could. Highly do NOT recommend, I question how they are even still in business.Long review : We recently moved to this area and haven’t set up a pediatrician yet but my mother in law goes here on the rare occasion she is sick (she is always looking for the best “bang for her buck”)so she recommended it in the mean time. So I called as soon as they opened this morning to get an appointment for my daughter, the lady tells me I can come in at 2:00 as a walk in (how am I a walk in at an “appointed” time?) but I agree. My husband and three kids get there and get checked in. There is four other people in the waiting room. Shortly after checking in some nurse (rudely) says only one person can stay with the patient (my infant daughter) so my husband had to take my other two out, there is no sign stating this so how are we suppose to know the policy plus upon calling we were not told this so now he and my kids are just waiting in the car? Very unprofessional.But that’s not even the main of it.An Hour and 15 minutes go by that I am fighting my fussy infant that we’ve just been waiting there. And I’ve noticed that four new patients have arrived but only two of the original patients have actually been seen.And they opened the side office door and the physican assistant is just in his office (not seeing patients) while there is a waiting room full of patients? We finally get called back and I ask how long it will be and am told this is just for the blood pressure and is till have three people ahead of me, at that moment I said no thank you and left. It is clear how unprofessional and awful this clinic is, I will be going to a different office (one with more star ratings also) tomorrow for my daughter to be seen.Do not go here and certainly do not take your children here.0 stars if I could.

I went for my spots on my face and the truth is he was the only doctor who gave me something that really helped me and I had gone to the dermatologists and they only took the money from me now I am happy

Horrible service!!!! Had an appointment at 8am & I overheard the doctor won’t be in until 10am!!! I wish they would have made my appointment once the doctor gets here. The front desk is very unprofessional! The whole clinic is very unprofessional!!!!!! Do better!!!!
