There was a little oil (from a vehicle) on the storage unit floor that I did not like nor have the time to address but the process for getting this unit was seamless and perfect.

Just rented a unit from Extra Space, and couldn’t have had a better first impression! I asked the site manager Stephen Banks for a broom just to sweep the unit quickly before we loaded stuff in. Instead of lending me a broom, he physically came to the unit with a leaf blower, and then swept for us! Thank you Stephen!
