The worst service department I have ever experienced, this is my first time I bought jeep, and I was told that I have 3 services and now they told me I have only 2 services. Plus my jeeps rare wheel make noise and they told me to pay $2000 for repairs even the is still in warranty. I dropped my car on Friday and it’s almost 11 days that my is over there and they never pick my call, I have been trying to call them multiple times and they never received my calls. Worst decision I have ever made to buy my car from this dealership

I stopped by Fontana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for a routine oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The staff was super friendly and got me checked in quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process.
What really stood out was how efficient they were—my car was done faster than I expected, and they even did a quick inspection to make sure everything else looked good. No pressure for upsells, just honest and helpful service.
Shoutout to the service team for making what’s usually a boring errand feel easy and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my maintenance needs!

Good service when I bought my car, but when I called to ask a simple question regarding warranty they talk to you rude and make you sound stupid after asking. Staff need to learn about customer service on how to speak to individuals. As soon as you sign and get taken care of your basically on your own with your car problems.

My husband has his Dodge Ram, I have my Chrysler 300. I believe in dealership because they train and specialize in their own makes and models. Since the new Fontana Chrysler Dodge Jeep opening,it's definitely a faster efficient process relating to getting your vehicle on and out. The service team down to the transportation request for in zone drop off as well as rental drop off if it relates to your issue, deserves their STARS.

I wanted to thank Fontana CDJR for their help this last weekend with the purchase of our new Durango Hellcat. I told the sales rep from the get go that this would take some time because my wife wanted to test drive multiple suvs before she would agree to purchase the Durango Hellcat. The sales rep had no problems with having her test drive a couple used suvs already on the lot, then to have her try a Durango R/T to check the feel. During the whole process, there was absolutely no pressure. They were upfront and honest about all costs, and what they could and couldn’t do. I had already done my research, so I can vouch for this being true. Also when I wanted to discus what they could give for my trade in, they gave me an offer, but were able to go up a little bit more. I felt the offer was good for the trade. When it came to pricing for the Durango, there was no markups. Again, I appreciate everyone’s help.
