I called to request my transcripts /records. I spoke with Hillary Sanchez and she was SOOO nice and extremely helpful! I was dreading the process of calling around requesting records ollld records at that..she was great!!! Made it easy and the process is faster! Thank you HILARY!

15 windows and only 2 open. Worst team in existence. Such a waste of day man. If have an appointment and come 2 mins late they dont even bother horrible place !

I haven't had a very good experience here, there are 15 windows and there are only three serving, and because I don't know EnglishI have to wait too long.
