Been coming here for years, spend money here that I could have spent at target or Walmart maybe even Amazon. I spent the time to come here to give game stop money to promote them. Never again period. I will also tell everyone I know and all the gamers not to come to GameStop ever again. What happen? Came in here yesterday got a brand new PS5 took it home powered it up and pumped to dive into hell as a hell diver and spread freedom and democracy. As I'm playing my R2 isn't working and when it does it sticks. No worries even tho I just dropped 450 to play a game I'll come back tomorrow and trade the defective controller for another one. Game stop said sorry, you have to buy a new one. So I was sold a product by game stop brand new that was defective not even 24 hours later and they said sorry but nothing we can do. Why would I ever buy something from them knowing if anything is wrong with the product out of the package in just out the money? I'm not going to "roll" the dice dropping 70-450 bucks on a product hoping nothing is wrong cuz if it is in Shit out of luck. Target is across the street to there.

Buy online and pick up in store only works when you get your product fast and not have to wait while an employee complains about his ex area manager “amanda” at the Rialto store to some other customer . No one wants to hear you bad mouth your peers .

Went there today to pick-up a pre-order that came out yesterday. They could not find it.... told me to come back tomorrow so they can look for it. What the heck kind of customer service is that? Update: I just got in touch with the store manager and she was very kind and apologetic. The pre-order is secured and ready to be picked up ASAP, at my convenience.

horrible management + steal your money. we came in to return a preowned ps5 that my bf bought last night. he went home and it was overheating literally not even 5 mins later!!! we came in to return it and some lady with glasses claiming shes the manager didnt fully refund us for the extra $35 we paid for for a new controller last night. she said since we didnt have the one in the box she couldnt refund it. we traded in the one in the box last night bc we trusted the employee helping us last night. now she said her employee gave us a good deal therefor she cant refund it. this is absolutely ridiculous that they dont even make sure the device properly works although they said they "tested" it. so now because of their horrible management & mistakes we as customers lost extra money on top of this ridiculous hassle.

Long red hair guy had me waiting for 1 question "do you have Lorcana packs" the lady in front of me even told him that he can look for me real quick. He ignored her and continued to look up mortal combat downloads. I waited over 20mins. Finally it was my turn and of course he had nothing. I told him he could've just said that from the start. I don't understand why GameStop only has 1 worker all the damn time. He already knew the answer from the beginning and kept stringing me along. This GameStop has horrible customer service.

Made a stop at this GameStop today and the kind gentleman that help us, Christopher, was so helpful and amazing! I don't really care much to make reviews but it was top notch service and felt so comfortable! Haven't felt such a nostalgic feeling in a GameStop since I was 10 I'm 22 now, thank you to Christopher!

Rather to purchase from Amazon had good return policy and don’t come here!! I got two PS5 game but after I installed I don’t really like those games I came back the next day ask if I can return or exchange another one, two staff was saying No we can only do as a trade in two games for trade in that will be $15.50 ?? And then the lady was saying next time you can buy pre owned it can be return or exchange!! That’s so ridiculous I got those games for $86 only one day it be come $15.5. I’ll never go to any game stop store anymore losing my business.

So I had recently broken my Nintendo switch controller. Not wanting to run to Amazon like always I walked in to my nearest Game Stop with my mom. Caid, the employee at the register didn't acknowledge us, and was merely chatting with his fellow worker. I wouldn't have normally cared but I needed help with the controllers I was looking at and didn't even get a hello. Instead I got to listen to their 15 minute conversation about Caid's name. I love support brick and mortar stores but unfortunately I guess I have to go to Amazon. Thanks Caid!

I would recommend this GameStop location. They have great customer service, Raull was very patient and took the time to explain things to me and helped me set up my GameStop pro account. I would definitely keep coming back.

I didn't want to do this because Colin was so great when we came the other day but we stopped by earlier and there was a hand written sign on the door "out to lunch". We came back a while later and the sign was still on!!! Just called and no answer (it's 3:13pm Saturday). Why would you do that to us game stop. People are waiting to get in and staff is out to lunch......

I am livid with Gamestop Fontana at Falcon Ridge center. My husband (who loves GS with all of his nerdy heart) purchased headphones in early December from this location. Upon paying for his purchase, the terminal shut down. The employee restarted the terminal and did the transaction again assuring my husband the transaction did not go through. The terminal shuts down a second time and the associate moves registers. The transaction went through the third time with a receipt. Upon leaving, my husband realized he was charged 90+ a total of 3 times. He received a refund for one of the charges, and the second charges was never refunded. My husband went down to the store and was told, here's the corporate number, it's terrible, but you can give it a try. I, later that day, went to the store myself and spoke with the store manager Christine, who immediately made a call to someone on her end who could assist with the refund and gave me a ticket number. I was told by Christine I would see a refund in a matter of days, someone just needed to send an email and the refund would be processed in a matter of days. A week passes, and still no refund. I call Gamestop again and speak to Christine and she calls her contact about the refund again, and they assure her the refund was processed and it will be 7-10 business days for a refund. That puts us at December 23rd and a full 3 weeks we have yet to receive our money back. I call again and speak to Christine, who makes another call and informs me that the refund didn't get processed because someone didn't put the information with the last 4 digits of the card number and it will take 1 to 2 business days to process and another week for the refund to post. Just another week? Gamestop took our money and is holding it hostage until 2023?????? I then tell Christine that this is not okay, and affects Christmas for our son, because we planned to get him a $200+ gift from Gamestop, and now I have to choose who won't be getting gifts because Gamestop took our money. I offered store credit as an acceptable term of refund. Christine said she understood and she has already spoken to her DM about it who says they will give us something for the inconvenience. I don't want something for the inconvenience, I want my money back from Gamestop. I will continue to post on other platforms until we get our money back. Imagine doing this to a single parent at Christmas who can't afford to full in financial gaps, and Gamestop literally doesn't care. Nobody ever called me back and it's Christmas Eve. Gamestop makes the mistake and I have to do the footwork of ensuring we get a refund. I've been nothing but kind, respectful and understanding for the situation and Gamestop has shown they do not value customers at all. Not once did anybody call us to make sure the error had been resolved. Happy Holidays Gamestop!
