First time going to a goodwill was a pleasant experience. The front cashier welcomed me when I walked in and when I asked her a question, she quickly and nicely answered me. Overall would visit again in the future.

Goodwill on Sierra in Fontana routes their merchandise. Caught employee saving merchandise for themselves. No wonder they never have good items, they are being taken by employees. Was a very expensive item too. Manager was advised with no resolve. "I will talk to her." This Goodwill goes against their own policies and always kicking out homeless for shoplifting all the time. Put a check on your own employees first!!

I can say without a doubt, all the one star reviews are more than deserved for this place. The staff, from the cashiers, donations and management are horrible. They consistently have a bad attitude and talk bad about each other and customers. The staff are all narrow minded bigots who demand respect for their opinions and circus freak ideals yet they refuse getting to know an individual and fault them for things they don't understand. The atmosphere is pathetic, the store is always messy and disorganized. Donations are a joke. We would all be better off giving to an actual non profit or shelters than these fools at goodwill.Staff- 0management-0donations- 0Store- 1I only give the store a 1 because I am surprised and impressed that such a poorly run and staffed location is still running this long.Stay away from this location, find somewhere better to do your thrifting, somewhere you will be treated with respect.

I donated a box with clothes and shoes last month plus 100 cash. When they sent me the receipt it showed only one box and the cash disappeared in the woman's hand. I learned my lesson. Please be careful donating cash. This was my first time donating cash at this site..will never do that again. They should check the people handling money at this store. Unfortunately I don't know her name. God blessed her, she needed it more than I do..but she will never prosper stealing money. I will never come back here. Careful.

Please be careful donating cash. This was my first time donating cash at this site..will never do that again. They should check the people handling money at this store. Bad service. Not able to I lieast exchange something without a receipt although the tag says goodwill and clipped on the clothes. I didn't have this issue where I use to live before.

Didn't have much time but it is always a pleasant experience when staff is kind, friendly and allows you to shop at your leisure! David and Leo just did that.....many locations make you feel rushed or not even welcome during the last hour of business but I never felt this way. I will definitely be back knowing that every time either of the two are there that they will create a pleasant experience, thank you!

Omelia the cashier has a really bad attitude. She never greeted me or even acknowledge me. She kept throwing things around the cash register. Was even talking bad about a senior that had just walked out from purchasing something. So unprofessional for someone to act this way in customer service. Management needs to train her better. Don’t work in customer service if you’re miserable around people. Will call corporate and have a talk about her. This is unacceptable.

I found a lot of really cool things at this goodwill! Have donated here before and it was a very easy process :) also I think it was the manager but their name was Selena they were very friendly and helpful in answering questions I had while I was there.
