“I've never been into a store like this before. I was amazed by everything they had. You could live like a king if you were able to find a way to stay there. The staff is friendly but honestly, you will leave a little sad because there are so many great things in there and unless you're rich, you can't get them all. Great store!”

“I have fired a few thousand rounds out of my HP22A. Runs great, takes everything I feed it. A few weeks ago the slide cracked and broke. I called customer service. They asked if I was the original owner and did I send in the warranty card. I said I did. They told me to send the slide along with my pistol serial number to Pheonix Arms. I did , about 3 weeks later a shiny new slide arrived in the mail. Customer service experience was the best.”
“John does quality work in a good time frame. He machined a slot for the witness flag on my Sig barrel. Why the heck didn't Sig have one machined in the replacement barrel I don't know.”

“I was given a late Christmas gift of pajamas... they were so kind they bought me a large...I am actually a curvy 190lbs and don't like sleeping like I am in my yoga clothes...so...I had to return them. I was absolutely looking for the pajamas, however they must have been popular because there were none of any size. They were having a 30% off lowest clearance price. I traded the pajamas for real suede sheepskin lined slippers for only $10 extra...I really won., because I am a slipper girlie in the house year round and sometimes outside in the winter... because even in Southern California my feet get really really cold...
