This review goes out to Dillon and the Customer service staff!! They truly went above and beyond Yesterday in retrieving my car that was towed. My father in law had a stroke in October and can't walk or talk. We currently have a temporary handicap permit that is placed on the dashboard. Rivers Towing located in San Bernardino hooked up my Honda Accord and a good Samaritans was telling him that they saw us and we do in fact have a person that is disabled. Well the tow truck said "I'm just going to park off to the side" and then he decides to take off!! I was approached in the store by the Good Samaritans and they even offered to give us a ride. Fontana police was a joke saying that they couldn't do anything due to the fact the towing yard is an independent contractor. I spoke to Dillon who is the Manager at Home Depot and he could clearly see that we were NOT in the wrong. He escalated the situation to upper management and they had the tow yard bring my car back! I cannot thank you enough Dillon! Rivers Towing does not come up on yelp and there might be a good reason for that.

Service is one of the slowest I've seen. In a very long time. The staff will talk to you as they look elsewhere, they won't make eye contact with you. The selection of stuff is not very good. Visited the garden section, shelving section, kitchen knobs also and they were all very low on stock

Went into to shop on a Sunday morning. Lots of employees standing around talking and on there phones. Not very many shoppers. I asked two for help who just kind of had that lost look. Ya I a I'll get someone for you one said. Went back to his phone. We waited no one came. We went to customer service. Nope no one there.. two associates Coates talking near paint. I asked them and thought they were getting someone. Waited at the desk as there was a guy working hard with people in the return line. Waited and finally asked the two again. Oh she at lunch. Oh thanks tire telling me I replied. We decided we could do business on line better. Still had a few items to buy so headed to check out. Couple associates standing there so I asked if one was a manger. She s re had the bling to f a top worker. She said she was and I addressed my concerns. She said ya the competes are down. Nope they were working fine. Associate at self check working hard and a few others as well. Overall this store is a negative 5 and need new leadership

Terrible terrible terrible I have never experienced such bad service and I've shopped here so often and have met some amazing people. So I would like to preface this review and mention that there are so many wonderful employees and this is out of the norm however my experience was so bad I must share. My washing machine recently broke and I visited this location to purchase a brand new one. Met with a young woman in the service area to purchase what I need and was stunned to see the lack of professionalism. From her rude remarks to unwillingness to provide information, I was just told "I don't know" multiple times. She was able to finish the order with me and said they would reach out to set up a delivery appointment. Here is the kicker, she called and said they could only deliver my order in the morning (when I work) and there was nothing she could do about it - and that it wasn't her problem, after asking her if there were any other dates that could accommodate an afternoon delivery. After her rude remarks and lack of help she said there were 10 openings in the afternoon BUT she wasn't going to schedule it because the delivery team doesn't like to have too many on their plate. Never heard that before. We then get off the phone, I'm thinking that's all (and somewhat annoyed). She calls me again and states, "you hung up and I wasn't done speaking" which threw me for a loop. Long story short - all I came in for is a new machine because I currently have No way of washing my clothes and have had to put up with a lot of unnecessary attitudes and unwillingness to provide a service I am paying for. Signed a very unhappy customer. UPDATE they missed my drop off appointment because of incorrect internal scheduling...great.

The service is always great at The Home Depot I go to. Also, the one in Rialto is great as well. The selection always has lots to choose from. Now, I noticed the Rancho Cucamonga one has more selection of plants than the others. So if you're looking for plants, that's the one for you. The value is ok. Everything has gone up in price. Look for clearance sales on plants.

Staff is rude. I used self checkout and the clerk standing by was sounding some bell right in my ear.. like she was that close to me.. I said excuse me and she didn't care to give me space. When I walked out I was asked to show my receipt but I was pissed already at that point so I said no and the damn lady had the audacity to hold my cart. Look this isn't cotsco I didn't sign a contract to shop there. So I grabbed my things and walked out. This place is crazy.

On December 14th 2023 I came in to Home Depot around 12:30 in the afternoon to return a wooden pallet in order to get my deposit back but I left on my card . I waited quite a while in line just so that the female employee that was on the phone can call another customer up before me that came in way after me. So I calmly stopped her and said ma'am I'm sorry but I've been waiting in line for a while and that person just walked in so can you please help me out first. I guess she got upset that I corrected her and decided to punish me by sending me outside to the parking lot to bring in a large heavy pallet that I had to drag in to the store and she made me get back in line. Knowing that she sent me out and made me come back into a long line she should have helped me next but instead ignored me and was taking other customers that were walking in. the door after instead of helping me out. This other female employee notice what was going on, so I guess she felt bad for me and decided to call me up. She quickly helped me it took less than 1 minute to tell me okay sir your deposit has been returned to your Home Depot card. So I thanked her and I left the store extremely Furious never wanting to ever shop at Home Depot again! I can't understand why Home Depot would put such evil people behind the counter of a customer service department. There's right and there's wrong and this lady employee was clearly wrong, but felt good about what she did to me as if she was punishing me like a child was so satisfying to her. I'm a grown up man and business owner, and I if one of my employees did this to one of my customers I would definitely make sure it never happened again!

I have one major issue that also applies to every other home depot. The fact that i cant park in the "trailer only" parking with my dump trailer because cars are there is infuriating.
