*BEWARE* of incorrect barcodes on items. I purchased window blind, 23X64 in. description on box & blind in it matched, did have to have an employee cut an inch off to fit my window. What didn't match was the bar code & price. I was charged for 27X64 in blind. Unfortunately, I did not notice it until after I had hung up the blind and was reviewing my receipts ( had multiple purchases due to my room remodel ). I took pictures of the hung blind and a tape measure next to it & took it to Home Depot in San Bernardino on 08/29 spoke with Margaret at returns desk asked if I could get price difference refunded ($7) she said I need to bring box & blind in to get refund and then repurchase at correct price Very upsetting. The reason I went to Fontana Home Depot to buy blinds bcz the San Bernardino location had its blind cutting machine out at the time. Not trying to buy products at one location and get refunds at another, San Bernardino is my closest location.

Home Depot has pretty much everything you need to repair things at your home or apartment. The tools they sell are great, they have a wide assortment of tools for everything. I Love also their Gardening Department.

Please just avoid Home Depot at all costs. Ordered 2 sets of washers and dryers in July (4 appliances in total). The contracted delivery team Temco was a joke. Came to install a fridge (they had read the orders wrong), had to reschedule. The next soonest appointment was the following week. Waited and waited to have no one show (the claimed the orders read it was already delivered and installed so they skipped me!!) when they finally came back and installed another week after that they damaged my wall!!! Zero luck since AUGUST to get anyone to even give me an answer as to how to be reimbursed for the damage. Temco points at Home Depot and Home Depot points at Temco. Finally I was told I had to contact my local Home Depot to start a claim through their insurance company: Segwick. I called the Fontana location and spoke to Yesenia. She dismissed me immediately and said Home Depot does not deal with Temco's damages. I asked her to please look into the matter rather than just brush me off. Sure enough this was the way to submit a claim. But guess what... Yesenia put in the claim wrong! Now I'm back to square one. The last straw is I just got an email saying "...your homedepot.com order shipped..." I sure didn't order anything else from these amateurs. Looked at the email to see the invoice dated back in June! And yes my credit card was charged again?!? HOW?!Everyone please check your credit card and bank statements to Make sure you haven't been double charged!! And just to be extra safe don't even think about shopping in store or online!

Located off Sierra Lakes past Citrus.Plenty of parking.We had to return an item that we purchased. The wait for the returns wasn't too long. Employee was friendly and fast with her service.Enjoyed the lovely decorations for Halloween.

Home depot of Sierra Lakes!!This morning my husband was accused of stealing something out of Home Depot! He was falsely accused, this was a racist act!!! Please be aware of this, this white male ran after him without proof of anything, my husband had a backpack because he was driving his motorcycle. 2 cashiers and this white male ran after him embarrassing him in front of others customers.Tengan cuidado cuando vallan a la Home Depot de sierra lakes, mi esposo fue acusado de robarse algo sin tener ninguna prueba de eso, el tenía su mochila porque andaba manejando su moto , 2 cajeras y este hombre de raza blanca corrieron atrás de el y lo acosaron enfrente de todo el resto de los clientes. Esto fue un acto racista!!!

Came here looking for the Ryobi personal clip fan. Could not find it anywhere in the store myself, I broke down and asked for some help. Not one associate could locate it either. On their website, it was noted that they had 16 in stock. Not a single one was located. When approaching staff, they told me where it might be. However, one associate left his department's to scour the aisles with me. He even looked up on phone where it should be. Spent total 35 mins looking.Plenty of parking and friebdly staff.

Randy approached me pulling himself away from his group meeting ( I believe he is part of the corporate or upper management team ) he helped me locate some of the halogen bulbs and helped answered some of the questions I had. Of course I am still puzzled as to not be able to find the exact bulb wattage and voltage as my old one. Minutes later Frankie asked if I needed help , she suggested one that they carried with a lower wattage / Voltage. She also educated me in what those terms means and it's function . Both Randy and Frankie were amazing with assisting me . Thanks guys for making this trip less aggravating.

Home Depot Sierra Lakes, Fontana Ca On several occasions I have noticed shopping carts in the handicap parking stalls in front of the garden section. I have called the Home Depot corporate office several times to report the problem and have sent them photos at their request. They promised to call and provide an update, I haven't heard back from them. It's obvious their management doesn't think this problem is a big deal. Today once again I went to Home Depot and noticed several carts in the handicap parking stall. This is very disappointing and frustrating because I am handicapped.

Thank you Greg in hardware for the customer service you gave me on Saturday. I had asked several employees prior about an item I was searching for, I was told go check on a certain aisle, I looked, but couldn't find it, I became very frustrated I was so impressed and thankful you stopped what you were doing and took the time to walk me to the aisle, and look for the item, now that's what I call going above and beyond. Two thumbs up, extraordinary Customer Service..

I would give this location negative stars if that option were available.I am completely shocked by how I was mistreated by Home Depot employees. I scheduled an interior door measure and paid $50 fee for the person to come out and measure. A few days later, I was quoted $1,965.00 (that included a 10% discount) on Wednesday (1/27) for the job. Because I live 65 miles from the store, I told the employee that I would be in Saturday morning (1/30) to order the doors, schedule an installation, and pay remaining balance. I arrived at Home Depot Saturday morning (1/30) as mentioned to order and pay the balance. I was told the price was approximately $2,800 and they would give me 10% off that. I was said, "no thank you" because that would be about $600 more than what I was told previously. I then asked for a refund of my $50 for the measure, and they refused and actually treated me poorly. That's when I got upset! I couldn't believe that it was that big of a deal especially because it was THEIR mistake. I called the customer care line and I was told I would not be refunded for the $50 measure, and she spoke to me like a child. I am shocked that Home Depot will NOT refund me $50 becuase of THEIR MISTAKE on the price. The customer care rep said she would give me a $50 gift card which I declined because I will never return to a Home Depot store. I refuse to spend money at an organization that treats people this way.
