I’ve been a customer of this bank for many years, even before it was called HomeStreet. I come to this bank all the time. Today I had a new teller who thought the check was fake and the manager agreed because she stated she had never seen me in their bank before. I am a customer of the bank and the maker of the check was a customer. I got very racist vibes from the both of them. Horrible service and horrible people. Brittaney Simmons and Natalie Del Toro the manager should take a customer service class and learn how to treat their customers with respect. HomeStreet Bank do better by hiring culturally sensitive employees

They have purchased my daughters account and literally stolen her money. They transferred it out and it has been over 7 days without access to her money. They are the worst bank I have even seen. Please file complaints and create a class action lawsuit against this injustice. She has been on hold for hours and has been hung up on twice. They have told her 24 hours 5 times. Please beware of this negligence dont trust with your money.

Poor customer service. Have been with the bank (or a derivative of the bank) for over 20 years (kept getting sold & changed names 3-4x during that time). They have your money, but when needing help, they don't help. They started charging $5/month for monthly mailed statements about a year ago. Went to the bank immediately after work (not good bank hours for those who work) to resolve the $5 service charges, but they said we have to go to the app/website. Tried. Have issue with unuserfriendly app/website (not at all interconnected with each other). Multiple attempts to change, no resolution. I attempted online & in the bank. Fees added up, still no change. Needless to say, called customer service, and they won't refund all fees. Not a bank you'd want to do business with, especially if your having issues needing to be resolved. They refer you to the black hole of the web to resolve it yourself, which obviously it didn't!

I closed my account after 10 years since it was through my job it used to be Kaiser federal. I was told I owed money for a payment they made when there was no money in the account I went in paid the payment and the overdraft fee and closed the account they mailed me a check which I cashed and then sent me a statement with an overdraft fee and letter saying I need to deposit more money. I don't recommend this bank.

Homestreet bank has put my account on hold almost once every two months and now they're randomly taking over 200$ out of my account and can't give me a reason as to why because their "information is limited because it's after hours", so now I have to wait for my deposit to enter into my account and have all that money randomly get taken out and not show on my history as to why on my end and theirs. Seriously debating on switching banks because this is ridiculous. I'm an adult with bills and I can't deal with these games, especially in these uncertain times with COVID going on and all. I only gave one star because I was forced to give it.

Came into the branch with my mom to handle some fraud that had taken place with her account. Natalie was amazing! She took a lot of information and changed some things with her account. There was quite a bit of money taken. We were told that it would take 3-5 days for this matter to be resolved. My mom checked her bank account the next morning and all of the money had been deposited right back into her account. Can't thank Natalie and the staff enough for their hard work!

When this was a nice local credit union the employees were fantastic and the service was great. When Homestreet took over the people changed and service went out the window. As much as I dislike "Mega-Banks" I'll be moving my accounts as soon as I can change my direct deposits. NOT SENIOR CITIZEN FRIENDLY!

I called to ask about my home loan because I got a letter in the mail saying they ran my credit when I called to let them know if I got approved or not because it's been weeks since they sent out the letter , the lady answered and said idk. I told them wtf do u mean you don't know? The letter came from this bank at this location what's going on !! Who do I talk to ? I applied not to long ago you guys don't have any customer service at all

Great tellers and customer service reps. I deal with this bank location on a weekly basis and they have never failed to give me prompt and accurate service. Highly recommend!

They are a bunch of thieves. They transferred money from my saving account in case I needed it in my checking account and charged me a transfer fee. And there was no need to transfer any money at all. When I called all I got was it was transferred just in case. Just a way of getting money for no reason from us account holders. Time for a new bank for me!
