I just picked up my shirt tonight on 01/20/2023 which has a screen printed logo and the numbers on the back were melted. They apologized and only offered not to charge me. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if this is how they treat their loyal customers. The shirt couldn't be replaced because it is a sentimental piece, but you would think they would have offered more than just no charge.

I attempted to give them my business but I was the only customer inside and still had to wait 10+ minutes just for someone to finally ask me how they could help me. She then proceeded to tell me that my clothes would not be ready till a week later. I then decided I would look for a different place because I needed it much sooner. I’m astounded that they made me wait 10+ minutes just to talk to someone while there were 4 people working on-site. I went down the street to a different dry cleaner and they provided great customer service and were prompt in serving me. They even offered me a much more reasonable time frame.

They told us our clothes got stolen and would reimburse us but all we have gotten is empty promises. It’s been two months and nothing. Will not be going back
