My experience with inland valley credit union was amazing thanks to Andrea. It was my first time working with them. Given that it was my first time buying a car, Andrea was very understanding and made my auto loan process easy and was willing to answer all my question. I highly recommend going to her when trying to get an auto loan.

This credit union offered excellent service. The loan process was quick and simple, and the rates are great! Thank you to Anita and Andrea for making the loan and membership process so seamless. Both ladies were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We will definitely consider any future business with this credit union.

I never write reviews but I just had to. I had questions about a loan so I called and was helped by Anita. She was so patient with answering my 100's of questions and was so kind to me. I have never had service like this from a bank before and it left an impression on me. I feel like I was treated like a person and not just a number. I definitely recommend this bank.

I had the opportunity to bank with Inland Valley this month. I was so pleased with the service I received. The whole team is there to help. Andrea Mitchell the Branch Service Specialist helped me with my loan and she was truly invested in making the process seamless. She was very attentive and responded very quickly to any questions I had. She was very informative and so polite. Overall I am very satisfied with the staff and service I received.

My husband and I recently applied for a car loan. The process was easy and quick with no hassles. We want to thank Andrea for all her hard work in helping us. She was professional and courteous. She was always available when we had any questions. Thank you Andrea for all your help we really appreciate it. We highly recommend going here to get your car loan. This is our 2nd time using Inland Valley for our car loans.

Went in inquiring about a loan. We were set up with an appointment to come back to have dedicated time with Andrea. The individual who set up our appointment also let us know what documents to bring so when we came to our meeting we had everything needed to get started. Andrea frequently communicated updates, was quick to take action, and above all, was incredibly friendly. I would recommend this brand and their services.

Definitely recommend Inland Valley Federal Credit Union. Staff is extremely helpful and very communicative. Anita is very professional and made my loan process extremely easy. I have been a member for a few years now, and am looking forward to continuing my banking experience with them.

Bad customer service. They never answer the phone. They don't have the courtesy to explain nothing. Since Marlen Ornelas doesn't work there everything went downhill. Looking for a better bank.

I do not know what has happened to this bank but it went to the s******* you can literally be calling them walk in nobody be in line nobody being helped and you will not get an answer they put lock on my debit card for no reason when I call to have the lock removed they send me to a main branch where the lady is rude and hangs up on me so I drove 51 miles to Fontana and removed every dollar out of my checking they can keep the measly 25.00 in my savings for now again this bank is a joke

I am literally about to leave this bank. Had my money card hacked numerous times. Come to find out someone in the bank was stealing money. Now I can’t even get ahold of anyone in the bank. I have literally called them while walking into the bank no one busy at all and they transfer to the answering service. I need to talk to the bank not your answering service. This is crazy how non existent management has gone down on this bank. I think it’s time for me to bank elsewhere. Sorry

Worst bank ever they don’t answer the phone and they don’t have Have Zelle or Apple Pay in 2023 there is one manger that’s controlled everything and she is never available and she is old and rude there call center can’t help you with anything so why did they even team up with a call center please don’t get this bank you’ll have to drive down there every time

I have been calling for five business days, trying to get my debit card activated. I have not had one response they claim to have escalated my request for a return phone call for the past three days. Still waiting for a call. I have run out of gas. I have run out of food and I need medication but I can't pay for it because I don't have a debit card that I can use. . It's sad to know that you could make this many phone calls to your bank and never receive a return phone call for help. I suggest you look for a different bank because this Bank doesn't care about its customers
