During summer, I took my RV in for air-conditioning repair while it was there. I asked if they do bodywork because they had some damages due to an accident. I got into they said yes I said OK once I come back from my vacation, I’ll bring it back from the river, and my AC did not work, kept blowing the breaker and not blowing cold air, so brought it back in and they gave me some BS story oh it’s too hot. It’s normal that the ac works that way and I told him I’ve been there thousands of times I know how it’s supposed to work that should’ve been a red flag so I left it there to do the bodywork about three weeks later I get a call And they told me it’s ready for pick up I went and paid full was $20,000 when I was taking delivery of the Coach I noticed about 80% of the scratches were not fixed so I start telling Marisa you gotta be kidding me you guys only repaired the front bumper rear bumper and maybe one or two little dings for $20,000 Which they had to fix all the damages they provide picture to my insurance and they didn’t not fix them it’s sad cause I use to trust them there and for them rip me off and charge me all that money for just maybe if top $6000 worth of repair and charge 20,000 WARNING these people are scammers and liars. They take your money and do not repair things. I’m still having problems with air-conditioning after they hit me with a $700 bill.for that

Thor had me take my 2022 thor magnatude to j&l to fix a long list of warranty issues some very serious. Slideout opening while driving. Awning screws stripped out and cabover screws coming out. They had my unit for 1 1/2 months called and said it's done. I live 6 hours away. My rv was dirty inside and out while driving home slideout was still opening had to pull over several times to retract it in. It's been one year since and cabover screws are coming out again also awning screws are coming out. Do Not recommend this company

Wow! I had some issues with the interior cabinets and window treatments in my Class-B RV. From the first phone call up until I picked my rig up today, the entire J & L family were warm, friendly and helpful. At no time did I feel any fear, uncertainly, or doubt about their competance and expertise. Marisa scheduled me quickly to build a quote and explained everything completely regarding ordering materials and turnover. Joe went over everything that needed to be repaired, scheduled the work quickly and efficiently, then completed on time. What a lovely family business with a real sense of customer satisfaction.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I was sold an RV with Water damage and they lied about the year. I have lost 30k when selling because it was so deeply devalued by the damage. the batteries were also dead. They lie do not trust them.

It's a family own business, But very busy you do have to schedule in order to get any repairs done but they will accommodate.

I had my truck breakdown in front of J&L RV Repair and the female from the business became enraged that I was Infront of their business. I told her my engine has seized so I can to get a tow and was waiting for that tow when she became enraged too bad the owner of this place are racists and think the public sidewalk Infront of THEIR business is also THEIR property which it isn't!

I have been patronizing this business for several years. I have had an RV and a 5th wheel. This family run busy is very reliable, honest and reliable. It's not like a big chain type repair facility, they talk to you and give you the options rather than up selling. Definitely recommend.
