I am working in this area for the next few months, and I decided to Survey the quality of service at local fast food on day one.I selected 4 out of 5 under food, because the Bacon was a bit over-done. That said, I was satisfied.Parking: The freeway construction is currently affecting the access to enter the freeway after exiting the drive through, and I am hopeful that there are plans to have better access to the freeway after exiting the drive thru.

I bought a box above for 10 dollars where the curly fries are what comes most and they came apart from pure pedasera ice creams! Igot a box up of 10 Dlls and the Curly Fries are the half of the box and came cold and a lot of pieces!

It was raining a lot, I tried to order food at the drive thru window so I wouldnt get wet ordering at the speaker since there is no cover from the rain at the speaker but the rude worker today(02/09/2024 at 2am) said I couldnt order at the window despite it was raining a lot. I tried to explain that I wasnt trying to get wet and just wanted to place my order and go back in line at the drive thru if I have to but the worker accused me of trying to cut in line even though I got in the drive thru first, waited in line, because how else would I be in the infront of the car behind me in the drive thru. The worker didnt care no compassion or comprehension from him. Avoiding this place, no need to deal with rude employees.

Don't waste your time and money at this location. Service is terrible, workers sound like they hate working here. The few times I've gone early morning they always "say sorry we don't have that right now".Go to the one on Cherry and Foothill. They never disappoint...

I'm not sure but it seemed that we were possibly dealing with the manager when we placed our order: I figured that after we pulled up again to the window... But, we tried to order 2 separate orders, and she would not allow us, so we had to leave, AFTER we picked up the first order. Then, circle around in the drive through again. Wait in a long line, then order our second order. It was only a $6 order for some breakfast croissants.You talk about bad customer service... here is the foolishness behind her thinking, she said something about, "...not enough staff? One of the passengers in the van said, "That during the evening, service seems to be worse."Anyway, it would have been the same thing that we did, which was place two orders, and would have been simpler if we were allowed to order it all the first time. But now it made the line longer, yes wasted gas, my time, and her staffs time... This lady does NOT have a good business acumen, as far understanding customer service, nor wasting time."The ability to take a ‘big picture’ view of a situation, to weigh it up quickly, make a logical, sound decision."If somebody failed to train her, then it's the fault of who owns this business.But, customer service seems to be lacking in today's world. Guys, or gals, take the time to train this lady, and all the staff. It's your investment in a successful, and pleasant experience for everyone. You, know, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Some, kindness, a dash of respect, etc.???

This isn't the first time dealing with this issue, I go to this place either in the morning for breakfast and dinner when I get off from work. I ordered a three piece tender combo this time. (I also use to work at this location) they raised the price for the meals and you get s*** now. I got two and half tender. My curly fries with very dry and hard, the guy that took my order tonight was very rude, looked like he just hated the job and when I ask him for 2 ranch, one buffalo, he said he can't do that unless I want to pay 55 cents... like I said I use to work at jack, this location... we never did that, unless it's a crazy amount. The people they are hiring now are just terrible. At least hire a person that would hand your food with care, not just aggressive give it to you.
