Honestly, the best vet I've had the chance of knowing. The vet field is super impacted right now and being a one doctor practice I know can be difficult. A lot of the negativity comes from crybaby clients who don't get what they want when they want it. But that doesnt demean their exceptional service. See for yourself and go in because these crybaby clients don't understand what appointments are for at general practices and urgent care/emergencies ARE FOR EMERGENCY HOSPITALS... and this.. is not an emergency hospital

This place is easy to miss and not the fanciest. But, don't let that fool you! Dr. Lee and her staff are amazing. Their prices are reasonable and they never push you to do unnecessary procedures/medications!!!!! I trust her with each and every one of my fur babies (2 dogs & 3 cats). Love and appreciate the Humane Animal Hospital for their fair and honest practice.

I can't say enough about Dr. Lee and her staff! We came to Dr. Lee a little less than a year ago with our dog, who was previously diagnosed with CHF by a cardiologist. Although we were in the middle of a pandemic and i could not go in with my Gracie girl I felt that she was in good hand. Dr. Lee called me to discuss the examination and I felt an immediate connection. She is sweet, kind and caring. Unfortunately God though us a curveball that we could not overcome and we had to let our baby cross Rainbow Bridge yesterday. Dr. Lee was reassuring that it was time to let her go and very comforting during the worst time of our life. We have not had a family veterinarian in years. We have seen many over the years but none that we have felt a connection to until we met Dr. Lee! She is our forever family veterinarian!

My Review is for Cremation services. We lost our cat Sunflower on 1/16/2021. We decided to have her cremated. The service took 10 days. I was surprised how beautiful they placed our Sunflower. We received Her ashes in a beautiful box, ceramic plate with her paw and a poem. I want thank the staff for The great service we received.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and have recommended them to lots of people. After today's experience I will never go back. I made an appointment for today, confirmed with them to make sure and when I get there they said my appointment is on Monday. Ummm no, I would not have scheduled for Monday while I'm working just to get flea medication. I told the girl who was getting my info that I was certain it was today and she just stared me down. I asked if they could get me in since I drove there with my dog for this appointment and without even looking at the schedule she said no! She was unbelievably rude to me the entire time, I have never seen this particular girl before but she clearly hates her job!

I've been going to this place for more than 18 years always great customer service but now it's impossible to even get a reasonable appointment with her they just keep referring me to the emergency room or I have to wait two and a half weeks.. this is not the first time this has happened to me my dog was literally dying in my car and they wouldn't even come look at her again they referred me to an emergency clinic unfortunately my dog died from her injuries on the way to the emergency she bled out which I feel she could have been saved if you would have gotten a timely care an emergency that agreed with me I don't know if it's the receptionist or the doctor that is not compassionate emergency happens and sometimes you need to prioritize things giving a dog a vaccine that could wait or dog dying in a car I think most people would understand that I don't care how reasonably priced it is I want my dogs to live
