I bought a phone...the guy who helped me was very attentive and kind......but one day I went to this black guy from Chilango and told him about my problem. He only answered that he didn't care and that he couldn't help me. He pointed at me and I shook my finger. ..........put trained personnel to solve a problem. I have nothing against the metro company. Only with the staff. And even more so with that useless tight guy with no ability to solve a problem. It's a pity for this person......since.........

Excellent customer service. The store manager took great care and went above and beyond, ported my number over, and resolved the issues I had porting and even gave me water for hot weather. Highly recommend this store for your cell phone needs.

Metro is very good and very helpful and friendly and help you explain things about your phone. How old are correct your settings and makes you feel like you’re a payee? I like some other places they don’t.

Did not answer phone when I called to check if they had the phone I wanted and when I got there they were empty so don't know why they didn't answer they wanted to only sell it to me with a case and glass since it was the last one they had left It was gonna be 400 $ I left and went to a different location
