I've been with metro 5+ years and my phone broke so I went in to get another one and the guy didn't even pull up my account or anything and told me I am not eligible to get another phone. This is the worst store I have ever been to. They didn't even try to work with me or anything. I could have bought a new phone out right if he would have just looked. Never going here again. Do not give them your business!!!

Feel cheated. Salesperson checked the system and offered a $60 deal to get the phone. Once checking out, extra $30 came, so now it was $90 Salesperson promised a $40 a month charges all included. Bill online shows $45 now. Let me be clear. it is not the money, it is the principle and the honesty. 2 stars because the salesperson keep straight face during the entire process, knowing what it was doing. Phone number assigned gets a ton of spam calls and text a day. I already put it on the Do Not Call List but still receive about 25 spam calls and about 11 text per day. Feel sad, the phone was for my daughter. not anymore.

They lied about the prices, told me that it things were included in the price. That the way they sell phones through a bundle and that i couldnt apply for financing at homeWhich everything was a lie...and when i confronted about it, the sales girl laughed and preceeeded to say thats how we do things here..so i got tricked into purchasing extra stuff because it was "included in the price" when i repeatedly said i don't need it, i have everything at home...i just needed to replace my phone that got stolen...now I'm still paying off on the phone after 5 months. I was ripped off.. don't go to this store... don't trust it... and I'm getting representation..

Thank you Metro P.C.S.!!Galalia and her co worker for the night shift were an amazing help!! Impeccable customer service and awesome knowledge on all products. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they resolved my issue.I will definitely be making this My Metro store for all my needs. ;-)

This store is by far the worst!!!!! Do not apply here and Do not buy from here !!! The manager is absolutely unprofessional!! I say this because I worked here and I should have known since the interview . Interview was horrible and literally was less than 3 minutes lol . I got hire because she didn't want to hire anyone that she needed to train all over and I am already familiar with Metro. Anyways I started working here and I got taught not a thing and I needed a refreshed to being out of work for a yr since I had my daughter and what not. Anyways since she didn't teach a anything or etc . I got let it go because quote on quote "her bosses discussed that im not what they need right now" All this on a call and couldn't even due a face to face . Work is work and I'm not there to make friends specially with fake people. Not only that my second week she leaves me to close with someone who is very new to Metro closing and it's procedures and mins you I needed a refresh on everything. I am a quick learner but they didn't even bother!The manager (forgot her name ) is related to another worker there (girl) that's girls best friend works there and there other friends works there! You do the math!! Needless to say I file a complaint with corporate and it's being under investigation. If you you do go here make sure the guy is who helps you. The other girl with dark hair I had no problem with but from what manager told my the second I got there she charges customers without letting them know she added insurance or any other add ons. Be very careful when going into that store!! I am now working for a Metro by tmobile and started on July 3rd and I'm killing it because they gave me the chance and to top it of I am selling 60 boxes with over 2,000 in accessories because my manger gave me the chance the tools that I needed and my store is at the top. Rant over !! Worst workplace I have ever worked for
