The worker was pleasant. The inventory is low. The cases and screen protectors are way overpriced. I was charged $29.99 for a screen protector, and the case (which I opted out of) was an additional $20. 1 star because this is the second time I've been displeased with this store. You need to be on your toes here. It's like buying a car. They're looking to make money with sneaky sales tactics.

Worst customer service I've experienced yet at a metro. The employees do not gret african americans coming through the door as they did everyone else of different race coming through the door minutes after I did. And I was blown off when I let the lady know the phone I just purchased days ago may be deleting messages on its on. Be careful shopping here.

Tiny store, overpriced accessories and staff seems to have a bad attitude. Screen protector I got for $20 ($20!) for my iPhone started to get unstuck in less than a week. Won't return

I went to a Metro PCS in Moreno Valley and the rep there told me I couldn't connect an unblocked Sprint iPhone to Metro PCS so I called this store and Daniel B. Answered all my questions and told me if I went to his store he could try to help me. He was not only able to connect the phone for me, but also transfer all the information on the phone for me. He showed Great Customer Service!!!

I came in three months ago to get a new phone for my wife, as unfortunately her LG took a dump and wouldn't turn on whatsoever. We came in just before closing, and the sales rep was able to help set up her new phone in no time at all. He even went ahead and took her old phone apart in an effort to recover whatever possible from it, as she's a teacher and had files on there that were very important. He was able to recover more than 500 pictures, some contacts, and did it all with a great attitude. I've been to a few metro stores in the area and I haven't encountered many employees willing to go above and beyond. We've come back to pay our bill here twice now and the employees seem competent and are friendly. I'm not sure if they're under new management or if they got rid of the people who prompted the bad reviews but I've only had good service so far.

This store has the worst customer service besides all the other stores they run the girls that work here are rude and sold me a phoje that didn't match the box I couldnt use it then I went in and they didn't try to even help me oit the phone was for my son as a bday gift and so he can use while he is with his father over the weekends the girls there did nothing but gave me two numbers to the so call professional DM's Pablo and alicia alicia was the rudest person I had ever talked to its was the stores mistake and she was not even trying to help me out or fix the problem .. Pablo hung up on me then I went to another store they supposably run because they are connected to iig wireless they were no help at all never again will I deal with metro stores runned By alicia and pablo
