This is my first time EXPERIENCE BAD SERVICE... NOTE I been coming here getting parts for my car since they had the popcorn making it fresh for ALL Guests. Now I brought a battery in JANUARY 2025 NOW ITS OCTOBER 2025 I TOOK IT BACK AND THE GUY CAME OUT AND SAID THAT MY BATTERY IS STIILL GOOD. BUT I TOOK IT TO AUTOZONE AND THEY TEST IT AND SAID IT WAS A BAD BATTERY AND PRINT THE PAPER OUT FOR ME. NOW I COME BACK TO GET MY REPLACE BATTERY AND HE TELL ME HE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR A NEW BATTERY THEN WHEN I TAKE THE OLD ONE OFF AND BRING IT BACK THEY WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I EXPLAINED THAT MY CAR IS OUTSIDE CAN THEY TAKE MY BATTERY OFF FOR ME? HE SAID NO SO I ASK DO YOU HAVE THE TOOL FOR ME TO TAKE IT OFF HE SAID NO SOMEBODY STOLE IT.. .NOW THIS IS A AUTO STORE. BUT THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME EVERY SHOPPING HERE

I forgot to grab a picture but this place stays open till about 7 and honestly I’ve had more luck getting things locally from them then from any big “chain” store they stock more parts I don’t know how they do it but the prices are better than autozone !! Oh and the people there actually know about cars !!! Not some random kids that just got hired and know nothing about cars these guys know the business ins and outs and all the lingo super knowledgeable people and an easy shopping experience I always come back here for all my customers and my personal vehicles 🚗

Returning a defective starter without a receipt , They refused to exchange with another one. never ever going back to Morris.
He said they don't keep customers information.
So, I have to buy a new one in Autozone... Lifetime guaranted , no receipt ok.
