They take over 3.5 hours for an oil change! Also, they did not reset my maintenance setting on my car and within a month, I got the notification that my car needed another oil change. This was confirmed when I went to another place and my car still had oil but the notice was on my car screen.

Had an appointment today to purchase a set of Kuhmo tires from online. After seeing an offer on the website which included installation this seemed like a good deal. Upon arrival I let the gentleman know I had an appointment for a set of Kuhmo tires. He immediately let me know that if I made appt. online or over the phone it won't reflect inventory or price in the store. He wasn't rude about it he was professional but this came as a surprise to me. I asked if they had the Kuhmo Solus TA11 available. The gentleman searched their inventory in the computer and said they're unavailable at all locations. An alternative was offered to me but was about $400 more than what i was expecting to pay. Naturally the alternate option was more expensive. Here is my issue. Service wasn't bad, the guy was nice about the situation. First off, why is the website allowing me to make an appointment for an item they don't have available? Second, why is it that prices are such a substantial difference from what i see online? As you see on the attached photos, installation is apart of the price. If it wasn't, then I have the option to uncheck it which reduces the price. This wasn't my situation I wanted them to install the tires. But the alternate option i was given the price in-store was roughy $850. So why is online showing me $570 and I was quoted $850 in store? Am I missing something? As a consumer this is misleading. I'd honestly avoid this place if this is the type of business practices they have. If the intro to our conversation is "if you made your appointment online or over the phone the inventory isn't accurate and the prices are different" then you have a problem. Not the workers fault seems to be an issue with online vs. on hand inventory. But don't waste my time getting me in the door to then flip the switch.

Came for a pre purchase inspection of a car and Luis was awesome to work with and took his time to explain to us in detail the condition of the car. Andrew was the mechanic that checked the car and was a pleasure to talk to him too. Keep up the great work guys!

Thank you so so much to the guys at Mountain View Tire & Auto! I came in without an appt for a tire inspection after seeing their signs on my way home from work and they were extremely quick and polite! They were able to check all tires and patch up a quick hole and send me on my way within 30 minutes! I will absolutely be coming back and recommend them to anyone in need of help. Don't use them. They over tighten everything. My girlfriend used them . They put water in the oil and blamed me since I just changed the oil. They cleaned it out at no cost...hmmm. Then they did her front brakes, they only did one side. New bads on the right and the old pads on the left. I rotated my new tires today and had to use a extension on my breaker bar cause they must have been torqued to 300 ft lbs. I discovered the latter stuff later and didn't feel like confronting them now. I usually don't do this but this is worst example of bad mechanics I've ever experienced. Beware!!!

When I talk about a life saver LET ME TELL YOU.Long story short I didn't put my tires on properly after servicing my own brakes. Commuting up to the high desert in the pouring rain I felt my front end shaking. So I had to stop somewhere fast!With a convenient location I was able to stop at Mountain View Tire & Auto. They had customers so I was expecting to wait a while because I was just going to ask to use their torque wrench. The nice gentleman named Martin at the front desk said they'd be able to help.They got me in and out super quick and very helpful! Less than 15 minutes Gilbert and Mike got my car jacked up and tires balanced properly so I was safe to drive.Thank you!***be prepared for the cold weather***

I called asking if they do transmission fluid, engine coolant and inverter coolant exchange for a hybrid car. They said yes except for the inverter coolant since they honestly dont know what it is. I agreed to it and they did transmission fluid and engine coolant exchange and was done in a couple of hours. About 2 miles away from the shop, my engine light turned on, hybrid engine malfunction kept flashing and my car stalled in the middle of the freeway. I almost died twice as trucks flew by inches away from my car. I was able to crawl the car to the roadside and called their mechanic. Mechanic came after an hour and said he just drained and exchanged the fluids and didn touch the engine. I had to get my car towed to the dealership where they found out that the INVERTER FLUID WAS COMPLETELY DRAINED. Technician said that it must've been drained (accidentally?!?)when they did the exchange. What?!?! Definitely top5 worse days of my life since I almost died twice and I trusted a company to do their job properly.

I visited this business for a tire repair. I called and was told to come on in and they could do the repair. There were two people ahead of me so I went to have lunch. There are many restaurants within walking distance and other stores to visit which made my waiting time go by fast. Repair cost very reasonable.

My husband and I were heading back to Las Vegas when our car began experiencing problems. We googled the closest mechanics and found these guys and they saved the day. After telling them the urgent nature of the situation, they made quick work on looking at the vehicle to determine the problem. Once identified, they ordered the part and had us back on the road in no time.A huge shout out to Ryan for his excellent customer service and to Mike for changing the part out quickly!

Please, please do not do business with this location. My family and I have given them lots of business but not anymore. We had taken one of our cars to have an oil change and they recommended two tires. We trusted their judgment and told them to go ahead with the two tires. When they called to inform us it was completed we went paid, drove off and trusted all was good. Three weeks go by and the low tire light comes on. We decided to take the car back and upon arrival the manager ask how he could help us and we told them the tire had a slit in it and they looked at the tires and he didn’t understand why the tires on the car didn’t match the receipt. He is the employee whom sold them to us. We realized they never installed the new tires we purchased in the first place. We have all of our necessary receipts. We are very disappointed and sickened that this location would do this to us especially after all the business we have given them.
