I understand why the 3 star now. I call and ask about an overlay with gel, she tells me 45 on the phone, then I go inside and she asked me if I was the one that called and I go yes, then tells me for my shape it's 47 ( btw I had my nails all shaped up already, almond)... then she does my nails. No cuticle clean up, no oils nothing. Then finishes and tells me it's 50. I fight her on it and she continues to argue with me, and I explain to her no your changing prices for no reason and I got no special treatments just the overlay and paint. She tells me I'll show you prices. So I go no your uping it now with no reason . So I pay her but tell her I won't be coming back and I give no tip cause all the extras was her tip. My nails look ok, my cuticles are a mess; it's pink not nude/natural looking. No matching my fingers to make sure lengths are the same. I have acrylic pieces all under my nails and she said it's ok and did nothing. I tell her there's a fuzz piece she paints over it. Not good service at all it's all money to them. NEVER GOING BACK HERE !!!!

I wanted a simple gel removal and regular manicure. This is the end result. Cut through my pinky nail with some bleeding. I mentioned it to her and she said it's cause they're thin! These look horrible! What kind of end manicure is this? I mentioned many times to cut my cuticles better and make my finger nails look better and she would not do it! Cassie is the lady who did my service. Horrible experience for a first time costumer. Will not come back

One of the worse places I’ve been ever. Not only I paid $80 for mani/pedi that was terrible my pedi didn’t even last a day. And on top of that the woman doing my toes cut my big toes and it started to bleed. The next morning I woke up to my white nails being discolored and wrinkling. After a week decided to pick at the wrinkled part of my nails just to discover that there was wet gel polish under it. That was just my feet. My mani streaky and lumpy. I didn’t notice until I got out into the sun and was home. Don’t come here save your money.

I love Cassie! She has the best customer service and is always a good time when getting serviced. She is great at what she does, no lazy work from her. Cassie always gets my nails looking brand new, and I love how honest she is when it comes to helping me choose my nail designs/colors. Get the most expensive pedicure and let her do the trick, worth every dollar. I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails done, but Cassie never fails and listens to my requests, really admire that about her. She also does waxing and facials. Overall, if you want a worthwhile experience, try this salon out!

I've been to so many nail salons and I've never found one where my nails have lasted more than 2 weeks before they start lifting and falling off. But then I found this place. 4 weeks later and my nails are still perfectly intact. Cassie always helps me and is super friendly. She also does my eyebrows and really listens to what I'm asking for. :)

I love going here for the pedicures. The hot towel wrap and the mango scrub massage are wonderful. However, getting your nails done is a mixed bag. This time, I got Cassie and I remembered her name so I can never get her again. She’s rough, rushes through the job, and runs the drill so high and so hard it hurts. She even drew blood on at least three of my fingers when buffing out my cuticles. My nails STILL hurt and they’re misshapen and thick and generally awful to look at. I have never had such an awful experience and I’m so upset.

Absolutely love the nail service here. They were gentle and kind. I love the color selection and they had both gel and acrylic nail polish. I enjoyed my pedicure. I haven't had a manicure here yet but I anticipate going back regularly.

I've been coming to this nail salon for a few months now and at first I loved coming here. Recently though, I've been getting the same feeling here as I have been at the grocery store; that I'm spending more for less... I got a regular medi and pedi today and the pedicure came out great but the issue was the manicure. As the stylist was working on my right hand they noticed that my pinky finger nail was a lot shorter than the rest of my nails. I let the stylist know that it was a hang nail that got ripped off and that it couldn't go shorter. Yet that didn't stop them from cutting it even shorter which irritated my nail bed. Then instead of grabbing a nail buffer they got a nail file to file my already irritated finger nail down which then caused it to bleed. The stylist did nothing to stop the bleeding but asked if I wanted to pay for my mani and pedi before they applied color. I paid a total of $44 for both. The stylist then painted my nails and applied color over the bleeding area then used a brush that I would assume they use on all of their clients to clean edges of my nail. Mind you they were dabbing my blood away with the acetone soaked brush. If you come here for the prices please ask for a brand new brush to clean up the edges.
