The only reason I'm giving two stars is because a female associate was kind enough to have a conversation with me…
But I am very disappointed because I get to the store about 9 minutes before closing and the doors are already locked which is against the law you don't close early unless there's an emergency.
I get to the door and the guys like he's cutting off his neck telling me their clothes and I'm like OK so you're not going to let me in can you at least come to the door so I can ask you a question about a sale he hello
At the end of our conversation, I told her that that kid would never make manager because he doesn't care about his customers enough to have a conversation. The attitude of some of these kids these days is very unprofessional...!!!

I want to say I have never been so blown away with customer service like today Pat I believe he's the manager or supervisor not sure but he went above and beyond customer service expectations to be able to help me with my issue and the the cashier wich I did not get her name unfortunately was absolutely wonderful amd helpful as well.. store was clean amd fully stocked but overall customer service indeed is top priority here .. thank you

I went sat before entering with my puppy. I had her on a leash . I made sure there was not a sign only service dogs allowed. One of the shoppers approached my puppy to pet I told her becareful she gets very excited. She peed , I picked her up trying to lol for paper towel. A lady made a big scene the puppy pee abs poop all over store was not true camera could tell she was lying only pee a little . I was escorted out. I was told no dogs allowed. It was my daughter bday I had cart full of her clothes ready to pay . My daughter was present at the scene . I asked can I just pay and I’ll walk out he told me no you need go with your puppy . I was felt shamed embarrassed my daughter to witness this on her birthday not allowed to shop or pay for her clothes she had picked and tried on . I left then came back to pay with puppy in travel bag inside . I asked one of the associates for their policy on dogs he didn’t know he said . I left called manager Brooke explaining to her what happened. Dogs are allowed but I was escorted out .

This visit was on 9/2/23.* Up to 60% off (limited time)* Some clothing is 30% off* But 1 get 50% off deals on various clothing* Graphic t-shirts* Flannel shirts, sweaters, and jackets* Fitting rooms were clean* Staff was attentively working* Checkout line was quickWow! Just wow! I don't know if it's a normal thing here, but the sales were great. There were so many sales for men, women, and children. They have a vast collection. The store was fresh. Everything was in order and properly displayed. I would recommend this store.

Leticia the "AM" was horrible I just left the Rialto ON and I noticed their prices were cheaper when I was checking out at North Fontana when I showed the cashier that I just left Rialto and my receipt how the same item was cheaper she called Leticiia instead of her price matching me she wants to argue with me that she can't etc..I have never experienced such poor customer service in over 20 plus years shopping ON, I told her cause you are in bougie north Fontana you guys are over charging people. I clearly showed her the receipt she wouldn't not price match cause they are over charging I asked her for number to corporate she gives me a number that goes in circles and I couldn't reach anyone! North Fontana has horrible service and is overcharging people I'll still with the Rialto one! You have lost a valued customer! Leticia needs to brush up on her customer service skills!

I see my review from last night was removed. This store is the products of clowns and disgusting rude people.False advertisement and ASSUMPTIONS at its highest.When checking out I had the outfit in the picture. It rung up much higher than the display. REASON GIVEN: oh it’s a display / I can’t give this to you for $5 days Nataly as she balanced her check books.” I did not ask for the $5 price I mentioned the sign and the price there. This store had received my last purchased— I will no longer BUY Old Navy. RUDE EMPLOYEES & MORE
