OnTrac is a reliable delivery service that has been praised by its customers. The managers and co-workers are great, and the company is accommodating, allowing customers to rearrange their schedules. Customers have consistently received their packages on time, with no issues of missing or delayed deliveries, regardless of their location. While the drivers are independent contractors, the company has recently partnered with Lasership to improve its service and delivery operations. If customers have any concerns, they are advised to visit the facility before 4 pm to speak with the front desk. Despite some minor issues with delivery notifications and handling, customers have generally been satisfied with OnTrac's services, and one employee even described the experience of working there as "awesome."
Garbage. I saw the delivery dude get confused and then drove away and cancelled the delivery. Can't talk to a human about it either, just a terrible AI that doesn't seem to comprehend much and REFUSED to give me a customer support number so I could help the driver get to my house.

Was supposed to receive food delivery yesterday with cold fresh food. That didn't happen now it's saying the 31st as my package sits in a hot warehouse because, why?? Cancelled misfits after first order.

It needs to be illegal for a company to not have a phone number. Also if you live in big bear the drivers will take the package and not deliver it because you are on a dirt road. This company is horrible. This model sucks, go buy trucks for your employees and get phone line for customers to call.
