Had an appointment for 2:30 for an alignment. Waited there till 4:30 just to be told they couldn't do it… they could’ve told me that right away but still made me wait 2 hours for no reason

I will not be returning to this location I took my car for an oil change at 10:30am with an appointment and did not get my car back til 5pm and I had to call to get update of a time frame horrible service.
