Horrible experience. I bought my 2019 Ford ranger back in 2020 of June. Everything was going great until October 2021 that's when it all went downhill I wanted to get a estimate the value of my vehicle from give me the vin.com they contacted me saying that my vehicle exceed mechanical limits which now has blacklisted my registration because the previous finance person puts 0 miles when he submitted my paperwork to the DMV now for over a year I've been fighting to get that corrected and dealing with Valerie and the registration department over at sunrise Ford with her own words she said in front of my wife as witnessed that she would cover the registration for 2022 which is around $576 for the inconvenience now she called me today stating that I need to pay the registration and that she was not gonna compensate me for it I am extremely upset on how this is being handled the new owner inherited the old owners problems that they created and now they don't wanna fix it. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again it does not get rectified I will seek counsel. The stress that this is putting me under is appalling.

I'm not surprised by the negative reviews. I'm trying to be as reasonable, but there's been too many issues that it warranted me to say something. I am in the process of purchasing a Mach-e. With a Tesla already preordered, I thought going with a nice car that offered tax credits and rebates and a "legit" car manufacturer would be more ideal. First and foremost, marking up Mach-e's because of the "market" is a horrible business practice. Contrary to what Sunrise dealers have said, no, not EVERY dealership is doing it. The best way to sell your cars is to mark them up so high to the point where you're pricing people out of them?!? I guess if Ford can leech people from as much money as possible, why not... I guess I'm the s***** cause I bought one, so shame on me. Part of what sucked me in to Sunrise was that they had the configuration I wanted, was told it would arrive within about 2-3 weeks, and they said if I financed through them, I would get a discount. When I came to the dealership to sign, I was extremely annoyed to find that about $700 of that discount is from a rebate that I would have received regardless of if I financed through them or elsewhere. Their disingenuousness already left a sour taste in my mouth the moment I started working with them. Strike one. It's now been over a month and I got a bill from Ford for my first car payment... for a car that I still don't have. That seemed weird, so I decided to give Sunrise a call to figure out what was up with that, and, more importantly, where is the car? I was told it would be there by the end of August or first of June... It's now mid-June. Now I'm getting word that the car won't arrive until mid July. So in my mind, either one of two things are happening. One, Ford is incompetent and can't figure out when they can reasonably promise their cars, or two, they purposely keep real arrival dates from their customers just so they can get them in their door and sign paperwork to make a sale. Keep in mind that I've had two other Ford dealerships call me since signing papers and say they have the Mach-e I want IN STOCK, but I declined. Furthermore, I had to surrender a $500 deposit with a different dealer and go with Sunrise because Sunrise said this car would arrive in a timely manner. So you can sympathize with my frustration. When I spoke with the dealer I've been working with about these issues, his only response was "I'm sorry..." or "I understand..." with the non-chalant tone that basically says "sucks to be you." This is my first experience with Ford. I've never had any issues with Toyota or Subaru with my previous cars. I'm trying to figure out if this utter lack of customer service and consideration is just how Ford works or if it's exclusive to Sunrise. I'm debating if I should go through the hassle of canceling my order and going back to plan A and go with an overpriced Tesla (at least they are upfront with customers with both pricing and time), or stick with this horrible company. Either way, "sucks to be me."

I've been to this dealership twice and let me say I've purchased my second vehicle. Great customers honesty and don't waste customers time. I walked in and before looking at what I wanted and applying I told them what I expected and let me say I walk out with way better. Victor Lorzano is a great sales man. Won't get your hopes up if he can't do it

Came here to put a deposit/order for a Mach E GT expecting the car to be here late July or early August. Their North Hollywood store had one in stock with the options we were looking for. Eli Noori made sure that the car would be ours. While we did the paperwork, Eli was on his way to North Hollywood to pick up the car. Car was delivered to the house by Eli the same day! Thanks, Eli!

I was very happy with the sales representative Michael Bryant. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle I was interested in buying. He was able to compare vehicles so that I could choose the one that was best for me. As far as the deal I felt that they could have given me a better price on the vehicle since I have the employees plan available to me but they did not honor that. They also did not put any gas in the vehicle and I almost ran out on the way home which was less than 25 miles from the dealership. Very disappointing after spending the amount of money I spent. Overall, I love the vehicle just wish they would have worked a little harder on the financial side of it.

Was looking into a Ford Bronco Sport and was immediately greeted by Adam. Upon crunching the numbers and not only matching but bettering the deal a nearby Ford dealership had initially offered us I signed and purchased the vehicle. Excellent team with many years of experience that will make it happen! Beautiful show cars inside which really shows you how far Ford has come. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know who is looking into purchasing a vehicle!

I wanted a plug in hybrid, and Raul Gaytan hooked me up with a 2019 Fusion Energi Titanium plug in hybrid. These cars are very hard to find, and he made sure the deal happened! He also sold me my 2019 F250 Superduty three years ago. Raul and the people at Sunrise Ford are TOP NOTCH! I will buy all my future vehicles from him, and I’ve even recommended friends to him that have bought vehicles. Go see them!

********THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ******** **** this dealership has so many negative reviews *** I wonder if the management read and take care of their customers ? Thursday 5/12/2022 called the service department after calling several times finally a lady answered the phone and Iwas asking to book a service appoitment, the lady told me she will call me rightback , I gave her my information and I never got a called back . it was 11:am and Called again and the same lady told me she will call me to schedule an appoitment,. i didnt get a call back until 3:30pm after calling 2 times. UNBELIEVABLE ALL DAY WAITING FOR A CALL BACK TO SCHEDULE FULL SERVICE FOR MY FORD EDGE!!! * KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR THE LONGEST TIME * COULDNT TALK TO ANYONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT * TOOK THEM ALL DAY TO CALL ME BACK * AND TO TELL ME THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOITMENT IS IN 2 WEEKS!!! 1) it doesnt take all day to call back a customer to schedule service appoitment for a vehicle 2 ) bad customer service 3) called twice and they had me hold and tell me they will call me back took them all day. I have the phone records to prove it.!!! very dissapointed of this location. I have gone to other Ford dealerships and always a good experience.

I typically hate car buying. The intrusive salesman when you just wanna look at something, the waiting at the little table in the middle of the showroom for who knows what to be done in the back. Negotiations. Hate it all, wish I could just add to cart like Amazon. But Angelo and Ruben at Sunrise made it pretty painless for us. We still had to wait but that’s to be expected because nothing is ever simple with all the legalities we have to put up with now. However, Angelo our salesman was very accommodating and even let me use a phone charger while we waited. Ruben our finance officer was very friendly and helped make it as painless as possible. Communication during our ordering process was very good. Orders taking forever to come is no fault of Sunrise. People are spending hard earned money making purchases here, how about making the customers feel a bit more appreciated? Food makes everyone happy! New Ford and some food, can’t go wrong!
