Edgar Ocampo was amazing! He was personable and friendly, and they really did treat us like family. All around great service and helping my husband and I purchase my new Kia SUV! Thank you so much R&B Auto, we appreciate everything you've done for us and making this such a smooth and happy process.

I came here for a coolant hose replacement and not only did they use zip ties!!!!! Yes zip ties instead of the clamps I literally paid for them to install plus labor. My car was also leaking the very next day no surprise, and they tried to not only charge me a second time but denied they botched the repair the first time. Also was treated like a pest even being there. Very disappointed

Chris, Miguel, Andrea and especially Garrett who delivered my truck across arts borders were an absolute pleasure to work with. I lived out of state so we had to contend with shipping of vehicle, other things and I had lots of questions. They took all my calls very professionally even if what seemed like even asking the same things twice. This car particular buying process was a pain because I had no car to travel around and window shop but once I found R&B, they took all the time needed to make me feel good about doing business and buying from them. I'd highly recommend this dealership if they have what you're looking for!

LADIES BEWARE because they will take advantage of you. Take a friend who knows about cars. They quoted me $8000 for a new transmission in a seven year old car when it DIDN'T need a transmission. They refused to provide the diagnostic for it. I dropped it off with a list of things, they blew off half the list. It was a bad experience for me and on top of it they were dismissive.

My husband and I had called the dealership ahead of time to check out a specific vehicle. When we arrived, Edgar already had it pulled out to the front for us. He just went above and beyond after that. Helping us have confidence with our purchase. No pressure. Everyone there was so nice and made process so easy and as quick as possible to get us on the road with our new vehicle. They really do treat you like family. We thank you r&b auto center!

We went in ready to purchase a vehicle, the sales guy brought in someone else (possibly manager) who was completely rude. We told him we did not agree to all fees and did not want request such accessories and other BS fees when pricing was different from the original walk away price, he then started by stating some rude example that if I pay for a drink, im paging taxes, well look Mr, I'm not an idiot, I oppose those ridiculous add on fees that you are trying to add onto the price. Anyways, we walked out. This was us giving them a try after they have sold my parents basically a lemon vehicle.. They dont care about their customers, they care about the money and dont care if they screw people over. Not supporting a dealer that doesnt support the community in being fair or at least with DECENCY!

Truck was priced fair also it was bought at auction went to trade vehicle in typical dealer bottom dollar for trade blah blah blah this price because that's what we will get at auction or whole sale well I don't know why being clean CARFAX low miles went knowing I would have negative equity but still before running credit told I would need to put down 5 grand if they stepped up on my trade and we could get a little under the price i provided in my pictures I was ready to make the deal it doesn't surprise me they have vehicles sitting on there lot for close to a year also I left a picture from a truck I went to look at previous day ran credit no money down the guy appraising vehicles is killing ur business I would of bought the truck that has been on your lot for over a year kind of condescending and rude and a know it all well here you go bud approved on similar vehicle same price no money down

You know that saying "they don't make em like they used to anymore?"....apply that quote directly to this company. And furthermore, to Walker, the sales rep that helped me. I found the car we wanted online but we live in Studio City and I wasn't about to drive out there for no reason. So I filled out the credit app on their website (which in the past has always been useless because they still lie to get you in the door or just tell you to come in). I wrote how much I wanted to put as a down and sent it off. Next thing I know I got to call (which I expected) and it was from Walker and he basically introduced himself and told me "hey we put the deal together you asked for and we were able to make it happen for you." And I said "wait really??? It was that easy?" And he said "yes, but I want to run through all of the numbers with you and make sure you are completely comfortable with it though first." Again I'm thinking to myself "for real is this happening?" He took his time, he explained everything in full detail and made sure I understood it and I was comfortable and then said "okay great I will let them know and we'll see you tomorrow and will have it ready." I emailed him the documents they asked for and now I just got the call letting me know the deal was completely done, to bring the down payment, and we're good to go. Never before have I ever seen, experienced, or heard of someone buying a car as easy as if they were ordering something on amazon. And to be fair, no I don't have high 700 credit scores. Just middle of the road after COVID credit. It's definitely how business should be done and frankly I am so over the top grateful for Walker and his team doing what they did, not pressuring me in to any BS I didn't want or ask for, or steering me away from the car I did want...to one I didn't, and they even applied a discount to the car that I never even asked for. There was no high pressure sales, no games, no anything...just straight up did exactly what I asked for, in a timely and professional manner and with incredible customer service. I will never buy a car somewhere else again if I can help it. Great business!! Thank you so much r&B for having high expectations of your employees, training them right, and delivering such exceptional service. It speaks highly of your company and values.

I saw an add for a Jeep Wrangler Sport on the R&B website that I was interested in. Paul Kochman, the sales manager made the whole process easy, stress free and and a good deal on the Jeep Wrangler. I definitely recommend R&B Auto Center.

After going through hell dealing with a Kia lock sensor valve issue and the engine seizing, Kia would not honor the warranty because the previous owner didn't complete the computer upgrade. We were stressed out! But Paul Kochman and Grant Braun came to the rescue and found us a great deal out our next vehicle. The dealership is so nice, and they provide fast, knowledgeable service!

GO ELSEWHERE. I wish I could leave zero but truthfully the star is only for the Salesman Walker, respectful and super helpful wish I could've given him our business - HOWEVER, Literally just left the Fontana location shaking almost in tears because of how disrespectful the finance guy "Chris "was. We looked at two diesel trucks, one Ford and RAM. Ram (2018) was 10k mark up and the ford was 20k over blue book and it was a 2013 so we weren't looking so much at that one anymore but wanted to see the RAM because it was more our comfort zone and my partner and I really liked the truck. We wanted to see what they are asking dependent on the credit number we gave him and the price of the vehicle and to do one with a trade in 2019 Jetta r line. We didn't give him a monthly payment to go off so he could go off of the price of the vehicle and credit number we provided, so he could give me his best. But When I tell you the moment he laid eyes on us his demeanor changed and I immediately saw how he was going to approach the situation. My partner and I are both in our Mid 20s Mexican and white and in comfortable clothing. (Sandals, slides, workout clothes) He told us we weren't giving him anything to work with, didn't tell him the payoff of the VW (which WASNT asked about and would've easily told him) and he can't just "pull numbers from the sky or play games" with the information we gave him. Ive been to multiple dealerships to see where I can get the best deal and I know what they can do with information given without running my credit and truthfully wish we could've came home with that RAM because my boyfriend loved it. If he approached us the way he did and a family was there it wouldn't have been a good situation so because of that GOOD RIDDANCE R&B will be letting local family and friends know about how they work here unfortunately. AS A REPLY TO THE RESPONDER: I am not aware of you being there or with us at the dealership to know what I did or didn't say. My partner and I talked to two people during our visit, which was Walker and Chris your finance guy. Which if you were there you would've noticed how your worker was speaking to potential customers and hopefully would've stopped it. But if you were there and didn't stop it, you allow your employees to speak to people that way. I clearly stated if we were asked what the pay off on my VW was we would've answered, just as I told Chris. so you can not claim you guys were told "you don't need that information." The scenario to which we said wasn't needed was our IDEAL monthly PAYMENT, which we then told Walker that we wanted to see what the price would be without an estimated payment we were looking for, to go off credit score given because anyone who knows how buying cars work, that is what things go off, not my ideal monthly payment. Walker did a full walk of the car, VIN and estimate, my partner even went to go help. As to you saying the 2013 Ford was in "Good" condition - the seats were worn, torn and center console was very dry and worn. It was never shampooed or oiled which is why it was dry. Pull up cameras before you assume you know what happened. Have a good day
