Horrible $14 carwash. Not only was there a long line but the wash was terrible!!! My car was still very very dirty. I definitely don't recommend this carwash

My family & I have had an unlimited monthly membership for 5 plus years. We first started at $24.95 with add ons for $10. Well since then it has gone up to $34.95 with add ons for $25. I called corporate on 11/1/23, regarding the increase once again. Customer service rep. Stephanie stated that they sent out emails. However, I never received an email. I asked Stephanie if I can speak to her manager. She advised me that there were no managers that she could transfer me to at the moment. I asked Stephanie if she could send the manager a message to have one call me back. On 11/2/23 I called back corporate and spoke to another customer service rep. I didn't get her name. I told her exactly what was going on. I told her that I requested a call back from the manager. The rep. advised me that the manager didn't call me back bc they couldn't do anything for me. I asked her what about me bowing a loyal customer or being grandfathered in. She stated that they basically couldn't help me and to bad so sad pay the outrageous price. I asked her, so basically your company would rather lose a customer. She then stated well we can't help you, so I'm going to disconnect the call.I am shocked and appalled by Raceway Express customer service reps and the manager. I hope this company goes under. I will never do business with them again. Other car washes have loyalty prices. They do not raise the prices on their loyal customers. Stay away from this business. Don't waste your money there.

Big parking area, plenty of Vacuums, car came out very clean. They give you a drying cloth, dash wipe and an air freshener as you enter the wash. Very pleased with the service attendant and the wash itself.Services: Auto detailing

Pretty much if you're a member and go in the "express line" expect to wait longer than the non-member "slow" line. If anybody pulls up to the non-member line they will stop what they are doing and go help them rather than clear the members line first.

Got a free car wash just for subscribing! I’m happy! Drive through wash is great, air blowing is good, but needed a little extra towel dry done by myself. Vacuums are also available. I’ll be back, they offer a great monthly package deal.

I came early this morning around 8 am and paid for their best wash. There was about 10 cars at the location both the young girl and the other kid “manager on duty” never notified any of the customers that the vacuums were not working and are shut off. Went to the other side where they were supposedly working. Suction was horrible wouldn’t pick anything up in my car. I was there for less than 3 min. Asked for a refund said they couldn’t do it. Asked them why not and they said technically you did get a car wash…told them that my car wash included vacuuming and they said no that’s optional. Asked for the managers information and they said we can’t give you that. Wouldn’t even give me his name or the store phone number until after 3 times of asking. I could have gone to the gas station closer to my house for the same $22 and still not have had my car vacuum but I needed it so I came here to give them my business but that was pointless… I could have paid $10 more and gone to an actual car wash and had it done.I understand that it’s not both the young kids faults and they are just being told what to do and say in the event of any escalation / negative experience the customers may have but all the answers they were giving me sounded so scripted and robotic. No customer service. Not only that but they also refused to find a solution to my problem. It sucks .. I just paid for an additional wash down the street for another $30 … this whole thing could have been avoided if they put cones were the vacuums were not functioning at all as well as notified us before we paid / heard about the monthly membership they are trying to sell us.This must be a regular complaint because the MOD kept repeating even if my manager was here you wouldn’t get a refund because you technically did get a car wash and he’s told us times to tell that to our customers .. vacuuming is optional

Like the car wash and the vacuum stalls ! Supposed to be a 10 minute limit or maybe 5 but people are spending way more time drying their cars, changing their oil, rotating their tires and doing brake jobs! Let’s enforce the rules so everyone can get in and just vacuum the inside of their cars and not use the little blow dryers to do the job!Service: Vacuuming

Carwash is very nice its an automatic car wash. The only issue which is with plenty of car washes is it starts to scratch your car after going there many times, which create a small patch of no paint on your car. There prices are very good and they have a deal that if you pay 20-30 (i don't exactly remember the price) you could get a car wash everyday for free for the rest of the month. There's a 5 minute vacuum cleaner for car wash guest. There's music on while your getting your car wash and vacuuming your car.

Used to love this place when they opened. I've paid a membership for a while now, and I only come here now because of how convenient it is to me. It's only down the street and for $35 a month I get 4-5 car washes a month. I hate having a dirty car so I come at least once a week.There was a time I came thru the car wash and came out with big black scratches on my hood. I spoke to a young employee who looked at them, and agreed that they match up to the location of where the machines align with my car when going through the drive through. I filled out an incident report and he said he will have the manager call me in two days.I received an email saying this did not happen in their car wash. I responded with a request of the video/camera footage showing my car going into the car wash that shows this. she never responded to be. I was able to get it buffed out so I let it go and continued to pay my membership since, once again it is convenient for me to come here. Came today to get a wash and the young girl that directs you in was just standing there. They normally have them hand you the bag of a microfiber towel and air freshener. I can see the bin full of them where she should have been grabbing and offering but she was just standing there looking back. I called for her at least five times but she ignored me and never looked back.This place has mainly young employees that work here and they can't seem to help with any concerns, other than tell you they will have someone call you. Several vacuums don't work, you have to get a spot close to the front.

Went for a car wash today and there was a long line. The good thing is that the line moved fast. The car wash was good enough and I like to use the vacuum after. The only thing is that some of their vacuums need replacement. Some are held together with duct tape. Once they fix that issue, I would consider getting a monthly pass.

I used to like it here but the lines for members is always too long. They do all the new membership transactions in the members lane instead of putting them to the side. When you bring that to their attention they are very rude.Services: Vacuuming

I wish i can do less than one star for this accomplishment. Where we start customer service is very very very bad that think they got it all and just because they think they are a manager in a car wash they think they are ok doing a street stupid talk and treat there paying customer like that. My car got damaged due to a lack of knowledge of what there attendees supposed to do before sending the vehicles through but yet the manager came out and stated that was the customer's responsibility and they have nothing to do with it. They even fail to give a higher manager it supervisor a name or phone number and when we try to call the main number in 602 area of course get disconnected due to high calls coming thru and send meds to get also nothing. When try to stop by the car wash again the answer was we can't do nothing get your self a good lawyer. We i don't know what kind of business they are running here but it looks like some shady one. Please guy find your self another car wash they don't deserve you money and they don't care about your vehicles or your business why should we give they our business? BBB will hear about this complaint. Because the business owner doesn't care about his businesses and should not be in the customer service business sadly to say Raceway express car wash in Fontana Ca. Make sure you inspect your vehicle before leaving. BAD. BAD. BAD

Used to love this place.... But seems to have gone downhill. Think it's super shady they have taken all their pricing signage away. I have no idea what anything costs or what services are provided. Prices are waaay crazy too. Used to be $10 for best wash..... I understand prices go up.... But seriously!!!! They seem waaay too high.Also the vacuums on the upper section of detail area barely work!!!! I will always try and go down to lower section because they do seem to work better. This used to be my go to quick wash ..... closest to me. However, I find myself at some of the new places that offer lower prices or better equipment.
