I am writing regarding an issue that occurred when I recently visited your store on behalf of my son. My son is currently enrolled in school eight hours away from us, training to become a lineman. As part of his program, he was issued a voucher to purchase the required work boots for his training. Since he could not be present in person, he asked that we go into the store to help select and purchase the appropriate pair of boots using his voucher.
Unfortunately, when we attempted to use the voucher on his behalf, we were denied. This was both disappointing and inconvenient, as my son had specifically asked for our assistance due to the distance and his demanding schedule. We were simply trying to support him in making the best choice for his safety and training needs.
I respectfully request clarification as to why the voucher could not be honored in this situation. It was our understanding that these vouchers were issued to ensure that students could obtain the correct gear necessary for their program. Denying its use, despite our efforts to assist on his behalf, undermines the purpose of providing such support to students.
We ask that you please review this matter and provide a resolution. My son is committed to his education and career path, and we hope that your store can honor the voucher as intended.

Very nice store and the employees are very professional and helpful. I don’t remember his name, but I’m pretty sure he was a manager of some sort and he had helped my husband for about an hour. Try on many boots and pick out everything for his boots and we were very appreciative of his service.
