This Staters act like their doing you a favor for coming in. Noses in the air, busy talking to other employees, not interactive at all. I shop to have a "wonderful" shopping experience. This is definitely not the place for that. My money spends anywhere.

Racist employee!! Sent my hispanic uncle out to buy cat food etc for me to find out he was wrongly accused of stealing in store because of a faulty cart wheel. The teen boy was rude and had nothing left to say after he checked the receipt and saw EVERYTHING was paid for. How dare you accuse my uncle of theft.

Renee has the most ugliest attitude someone can have working in customer service. There has been MULTIPLE times I've came to this stater bros since it is the one close to home with my family and she always tends to have a bad attitude. I personally have family who works for stater bros and GOOD customer service is always a must for staters. She will look at you and answer your questions like you are stupid. Instead of being friendly or at least fake a smile with customers she DOES NOT. Personally if You hate where you work or do for a living DO NOT WORK THERE.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I am disappointed in Staters Bros. Renee there has an attitude and Martin didn't greet me at all when checking out, because he was too busy talking about liking Timothee Chalamet with the bagger. Customer service sucks at this location! I go to another location if I can.

I live behind this Stater Bros and I'm so lucky to have this store so close to me. I use to go back and forth with Food 4 Less but their staff was so unfriendly and rude that I shop at Stater Bros only. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Any time I can't find a product, I tell the manager and the product will be there the next week. Hats off to the managers because this is a such a nice store!

Employees tend to be friendly overall. Their produce also good overall. But I must say that the one thing that I'd like to see improvement on is how groceries are bagged. 9/10 baggers will carelessly bag my food, which will either damage the food or take up more space than needed. Then I just end up fixing it all up in the parking lot. I'm not saying it has to be perfect, but at least try.

The employees that cut the fruit and veggies need to try the items before setting them out. I got a watermelon/pineapple/strawberry tray and the watermelon was all bad. Had the slimy texture to it, ate one piece and had to spit it out. The strawberries and pineapple were fine. Don't the employees look at what their cutting cause this isn't the first time that has happened. Oh and I bought the tray on 2/22 and it had expiration date of 2/25.

My family and I have been RACIALLY PROFILED at this store TWICE! Long story short, the first time my father went in to the deli to buy a chicken meal. The employees messed up the order and one employee tried to rectify it but a woman named "Jerika" who claimed to be the manager, swiftly accused him of trying to steal chicken and told security to check the security cameras. There was no reason for her to suspect him of stealing. He was still in the store and trying to explain that another employee was already fixing the issue. The second time (today), my mother and sister went in to purchase a few items. After checking out, they went to leave the store when they were randomly stopped by security and questioned. Eventually he made them go back to the cashier who checked them out to verify that they actually purchased the items. The cashier then said that she wasn't sure why he acted that way out of nowhere. My family and I live in the area. This Stater Bros is the closet grocery store to us, but we are now afraid of going back because we do not want to harassed and profiled while shopping.

I only come to to this location for beer. For the most part they do have good options for beer and alcohol. The staff is pretty friendly most of the time. Their cigarette prices are way to high but still a good clean location.

Terrible service in the Deli and Bakery. Very snippy attitude from the ONLY girl in the bakery during a rush, and absolutely no help from the 3 other women in the deli who preferred to watch instead of lending a helping hand. I only give two stars because I know of unprecedented times, and I know workers are trying, but this went beyond that. Customers don't need attitude and unhelpful workers if the store is trying to keep their clientele. I will willingly make the drive to Ontario or Chino for better Stater Bros service from here on out.

Beautiful store, wonderful produce and meat selection, terrible, horrible customer service! Too bad, I would really like to frequent this place again but could not believe Deb absolute bad service I received here today. The cashier at the front register spent more time gossiping with her coworker than actually working. And when I got up to he was not helpful at all! In fact, I don't think she likes her job. She has no business working in a service related industry! Don't shop here!

My family and I shop at Stater Brothers all the time. They are our go to store. There are a few in the area. I appreciate the Sierra location as it has a renovated look, quality fresh food (fried chicken, a variety of pasta salads, desserts, etc.). They have the traditional meat counter with fresh meat at affordable prices. The meat counter is the game changer for us as our family can buy meat and manage portion control. I'd recommend.

I had the best service I have ever received today at this store. I have been shopping here for 10 years and I always received friendly service. Today, Michael in the meat department went out of his to assist me. He has such a positive attitude and looks like he loves his job. He went out of his way to also make sure I didn't need help in any other department as well. I hope Stater Brothers sees what an amazing employee they have. I have been in customer service for 20 years and I know when someone really goes out of their way to help someone. Michael demonstrated that today.

This location does a great job with re-stocking items daily. Checking out was pretty awkward today as me & my fiance were checking out Maria E & Lili were having a full conversation but it was really strange how the customers present didn't seem to stop them from their personal conversation ... they were literally just talking to eachother...I didn't even know when to jump in and say can I get a bag lol ... So I would recommend eliminating side talking while with guests. Other than that the visit was smooth and items are easily located.
