Customer service is bad here. Never had a problem. But I guess I came on the wrong day. Lady with gray hair in a bun was very rude. Just plain arrogant and unfriendly when answering a question. Save yourselves a trip and just go to the one in rancho by the food for less.

Was greeted upon walking in but not very good service at all. Very unpersonable. Assistant store manager seemed very bored but if you help customers with needs and questions time would probably go by much faster.

I normally go to the Sally's by my house in Rancho on Foothill and Etiwanda but the customer service got so Bad I refused to return. I Googled this Sally's location and I'm so Happy I did. Awesome customer service and items are always in-stock. Clean and organized store as well.

Updated Review:Horrible. Never again.One of the employees told me all the colors would develop 2 shades darker than advertised. So, I opted for a slightly lighter shade of dye, thinking it would go darker... which ended in disaster.I'm going back to get some brown hair dye to cover the mess on my head. I'm mad.Old Review:An OK beauty supply shop.The staff will enter the store without masks before their shifts, which is a BIG turn off for me.They’re usually out of the colors I’m interested in and it seems they have an extremely low stock of everything. They sold out of brushes and bowls... wha— how? I understand running out of colors simply because demand fluctuates from season to season, but bowls and brushes you need year round. The workers also seem to never know when the next shipment is coming in and seem very timid to give any sort of advice.Overall, 3 stars.

This location is my go to since it's closest to my home. Even though services isn't always up to par I still frequent it due to the location and I more often than not find what I am looking for. However after today, I will go to a different location and find another beauty supply to give my business to. I went in to look for ammonia free hair dye. When I walked in two of their staff were in full conversation and not about work. I had to stand in front of them and interrupt their conversation to ask a question. When I interrupted they both looked like I had bothered them. I did say excuse me and a customer asking a question while they are supposed to be working shouldn't be a bother, well she barely helped, barely gave me an opportunity to ask any follow up questions, she immediately went back to her conversation, when i went back to ask if something that was not on the shelf might be in the back she immediately said no, didn't bother to go check.

Friendly staff but doesn't know products or how to use them. Staff sold face masks at full price and wouldn't honor pro discount.

Terrible customer service. Called to pick up orders after paying over phone abd when you get there nobody is there to assist. Then just dropped the package and locked the door with out any customer service. Rude!!!

Horrible customer service by a girl Courtney Babcock she Ignores customers at the door when Arriving to pick up at curbside order she just grabbed the bag and threw it on the small table outside and then lock door bad attitude should not be working with the public.

I usually love this establishment and would rather purchase from here than any other big chain store for my beauty supplies. However, during these difficult times I HIGHLY advise you to take your money elsewhere. Please purchase at any other retailer as they will do a better job of valuing your business and dealing with your concerns. This specific store is awful with their curb side pickup, they are AWFUL!!! You order over the phone and detail the products you want. They in turn give you all of the wrong items and when you pick it up and tell them it's wrong they tell you there's nothing they can do and it's your fault. They shut the door and treat you like some hostile animal. When I called from the parking lot to explain what occurred they inform you that they are not accepting any returns at this time and will not issue a refund for their mistakes. You not only spent your money, but you're stuck with product you don't even need. Staff is unwilling to admit they made a mistake and they refer you to their customer service team, which will not do anything about your claim. It's been three weeks since I made my purchase and was given the wrong items. I was patient and called their customer service team and I call back every week to check up on the progress and there is NONE. They don't care... AVOID THIS HASSLE AND JUST BUY ON AMAZON, EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY MORE AT LEAST YOU'LL KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY RETURN STUFF. Some advice to corporate, adjust to the times!!! Make your staff show the products in the bag to the customers. Every Sally's has a clear glass door the staff member can easily hold up the product and the customer has peace of mind. Also, train your staff to not treat their customers like crap, our business pays your checks. Calling customers liars and telling them they are wrong is awful for business. I would rather support Sally's, but if they aren't going to value me as a customer I am taking my business elsewhere.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always willing to help and is always friendly. I've been coming here for years and even through different staff members I've gotten the same great customer service. The associates are also knowledgeable on the products and can recommend what kinds of brands to use and which ones to stay away from. I come here for the hair dye products primarily but I also get pumice stones here, conditioning masks, my hair extension glue, styling tools among other beauty products. I definitely recommend this location.
