I like to get some of my favorite finds here. I really like the big lemon bags for great price, the frozen bell peppers they taste so fresh and help my dishes taste great! Today I had another kind of errnand to run but its always nice to find my family’s favorite things!

I come to this Smart n Final every so often for there amazing deals that try to hide from there annoying customers, every time I come here I get Help from there employees who always share there positive attitude guiding me where I have to go. An employee named Lina always brightens my day with her cheer and bright attitude! Unfortunately when you’re waiting In line with rude customers like Fransisco it just makes you wanna stand up for these poor employees who have to deal with jerks like this guy. Sorry for your loss sir but it’s your attitude that’s ruins my experience! Over all Great job Smart and Final Team Keep it Up!

This store has the Tea I like and use to prefer this smart and final instead of Walmart where its usually packed full of people but lately the cashiers here have been extremely rude, looks like they hate there job and life was just helped by Lina older Latina glasses most likely a chola single mom who has a attitude problem literally slammed my Arnold Ice Tea on the counter after I asked for a bag and she is not the only one another cashier helped me out a few weeks ago and what looks like green or purple hair WOKIE was also rude and refused to process my apple juice purchase said she was closed handed me my apple juice. Management is to blame for allowing this type of attitude and behavior plenty of younger adults who can do a far better job then these cashiers who clearly hate there job and life!

This Smart & Final used to be my go-to for everything. Sad to see it be so poorly managed now... the employees always have headphones on, the past couple months everything I come for is always out of stock. If you ask someone for help they just walk away without acknowledging they heard you. There's no cell service inside the store (not their fault maybe but still sucks) the lines are always backed up due to only having one person working. Lately when I've gone It takes up an hour of my day and still have to go to other stores due to lack of inventory. I'm sorry to write this, because I've grown up coming to this store but I've never had such bad experiences back to back to back. I'm writing this because maybe management has no idea this is going on.

I visited Smart & Final in hopes of finding individually wrapped candies to offer to my church function. I absolutely found a plethora of options. I bought Lifesavers, Werther's & Hershey's miniatures. I even bought Halls drops in Economy pack. I was able to get everything I was looking for. Thank you Smart & Final!

It was great. The checker in whose line I first entered allowed a person to cut in front of me, as I was next to check out, after I had placed my items on the conveyer. The checker in the next aisle had no one in line and saw what happened. I said we'll I guess I'll come to you. I began transferring my items back to my basket to get iher line, and she just checked all the items from the basket while it sat there, before anyone else could get in her line. WHAT A NICE GESTURE. It saved me lots of time.The woman who cut in front of me was still arguing with the 1st checker about a refund. But I was done and left happy.They also had the lemon bar mix that was nowhere in the Walmart Fintana store.

This store allowed someone to spend food stamps benefits without a card or pin. I live all the way in Baltimore MD. & my state issued ebt food stamp benefits were fraudulently spent at this store location in Fontana, California. A total of three transactions were allowed and these actions are now under investigation. But please be careful when going to this store because I am not sure if an employee was involved. allow this to
