Make sure you check in on your phone 3 hours in advance and show up 2 mins before your name is called. I used to like coming here, but after waiting for more then my allotted estimated time (1h 20m) and them taking people that just walk right in, it’s insane. Not to mention the only two girls working here dragging their feet. Unbelievable. Never coming back here again.

Charged for services I didn't receive, was told that's just the price (hanging signs say different), and I've had better cuts from Supercuts. Will not return to the Fontana location again.

Hair stylists like Kayla are very rare. She is a master at cutting & communication. She listened & made sure I liked my cut every step of the way. Had a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning

Can’t believe I drive 25 miles for a haircut but Malinda’s great. Got the mvp treatment and I get compliments on the cut.

You better make sure you have an appointment and/or checked in online otherwise you are out of luck. Apparently nobody does a "walk in", which is strange since they invite you back for a touch up!? Maybe they are short staffed since it seems nobody wants to work let alone give good customer service since covid. Time to find another establishment. If it was a high end salon, I could understand making appointments. Heck, you don't even know which day to book with someone since the same people never seem to work there after your first haircut with them!

Completely new staff and now the haircuts are really inconsistent. I have been there a few times and have asked for a medium fade and they just don’t get it right. The previous stylist were really good but now it is just really bad, especially for the price. Might as well go to somewhere else.
