Had trouble paying my bill online and through automated service and was able to call and make a payment with a person making me feel better that my payment wouldn't be late

Customer representative Margie was extremely helpful in trying to resolve my issue. Even though she was unable to resolve it immediately, she has connected me to staff who will. I am glad I spoke with a real human being and got some support regarding my issue.
