Team was helpful and friendly. On a busy Saturday at a large dealership, we were in and out with efficiency. I’m only withholding a star because my used Expedition only came with one key. I inquired about a second and was told I could have one at his cost, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone to help me get the key. My local Ford wants $690 for it and the Sunrise dealership wants $420 for it. Hoping we can get this resolved!

We only went in to drive a used vehicle! G was our salesman and he was wonderful and after talking a while we were impressed , as a fairly new salesman he did a good job. He and the finance department made to easy and we ended up buying the vehicle. Thanks G!!!

Sunrise Ford did a great job helping my husband and I purchase a new truck. We test drove a few models and picked our favorite. Negotiations were simple and we were able to finance through our own credit union. Phil was very helpful in answering our questions and recommend checking them out.

Excellent service. Everybody was knowledgeable and attentive. Made the entire process seem like a good time with friends. Down to earth communication. Would recommend to anybody looking for a vehicle. I passed on all dealerships in L.A and drove all the way out here. Well worth it.

Awesome service! Sales guys really pulled through on what I needed and worked with me on financing! Really appreciate the manager stepping in aswell and what they did. The FINANCE DEPARTMENT will treat you like trash.If the salesperson was the only component of this review, things would be perfect. I can’t say enough good things about my salesman. Unfortunately, my sales person had to hand me off to finance, and the adage “the right hand, does not know what the left hand is doing” fits perfectly. First my contract was wrong. Then the person who was supposed to be doing the contract wasn’t even there. The paperwork finally gets corrected but after everything is signed, nobody is available in finance to print out my paperwork. Are you kidding?!?! Finance was supposed to mail it to me, but that never happened. Then I send a message to the original finance guy trying to follow up on an extended warranty I wanted to purchase. He can’t even give me the courtesy to get back to me. Then I go into the dealership to finally pick up my paperwork 8 days later and wait to talk to another person in finance. This guy blows me off and won’t help me out and emails the original guy to get back to me…. 6 days later, I’m still waiting. So much for customer service and valuing a client. On top of that, I still can’t get a straight answer on the wrong trailer camera system that showed up 6 days after I took delivery (even though the camera system was on the window sticker). My salesperson was amazing and helpful in this area as well, but he can only be as effective as his support team (again: right hand/left hand). Next stop: Ford Customer Care. My recommendation: go somewhere where you are valued as a customer and not just as a one and done sale. Sales makes things nice and pretty on the outside, but once you get handed off, you don’t want to be left high and dry.

Suzette was extremely rude. She kept putting my boyfriend and I on hold mid conversation. She has no respect towards customers whatsoever. She also had the audacity to call me on her personal cell to harass me. I WOULDNOT recommend this place. Troy, is the new service manager & he tried helping. However, he promised me an oil change due to the circumstances and I still didn't receive the oil change when I picked up my car. The technician had no indication of it. Very bad service. I recommend the one in Riverside. This was unbelievable & all I needed was a recall. They need a whole new staff.

I went for a trade-in, the process was easy and I got a fair price.Then I started looking for a new car and Miguel took his time to show me cars, I wanted an electric so I have many questions, he answered everything regarding different prices etc. The whole time I felt relax, he was not pushy or anything.The financial guy explained the different between lease and buy and I ended getting the car.For the first time I left the dealership happy, not with the feeling I got scam like it happened in my previous car purchases.

Not sure what's going on with the Service advisors , they can't ever seem to answer there phones !There is also this one girl that keeps answering the phone for BDC & keeps hanging up on me while I'm talking ! Every unprofessional, I've left VM to service manager about this issue and no one has reached back !I'm just looking for a quote on a repair and some decent customer service !

Definitely avoid this dealership if they have a used car that interests you. I worked closely with a guy named Christian in online sales to work out a deal on a truck I liked. After I drove 2 hours to the dealer from Orange County they let me know Christian was unable to make it in today despite an emergency. I later heard guys talking to a Christian - could be a coincidence but I think not. Christian promised me a washed, gassed up truck for my arrival. When I arrived some sleeze ball named Aaron helped me. Brought up the dirty as truck that was damaged clearly hoping the dirtiness would hide the damage. Aaron also explained to me that Christian failed to mentioned the mandatory dealer installed "protection package" for this POS which would add another $3500 to the final price. Needless to say I left tire marks in the parking lot, I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I will never buy from Sunrise Ford again. The sales team mislead the entire buying process. We had an agreed value before driving the 1.hrs to get there, they added accessories charge to the vehicle for parts already added that I could care less for. If they were already on the vehicle, they are "as advertised" in the vehicle price, not an add-on after the fact.The finance dept was an a**hole to me and the wife when closing it out. We wanted the truck itself, not all the bullsh*t that came with it. Sunrise Ford is a scam, take your business elsewhere.

Went in to get 3 different things repaired. Service advisor mentioned at first everything was covered by my extended warranty. And he even ordered the parts. Later to mention a specific repair wasn’t going to be covered after all.I went to pick it up on a Saturday and my service advisor was not working that day. When I picked up my truck It was trashed on the inside with cigar and alcohol trash and more. I have missing cup holder containers. An electrical thing inside was pulled off.Both glove compartments were unlocked when I had locked them prior to giving my car to service with my key. I even have that manual part of the key with me so why would it be unlocked when I received the truck back. While in service sunrise ford staff lost my truck key. It was replaced.I hope my truck wasn't used for personal use as there was also an infant wading pool paper warning on the seat pocket. Overall I was dissatisfied with how sunrise handled my truck this time.The assistant manager did mention she was going to open an investigation and I do hope someone follows up on that.It’s been over two weeks that I’ve contacted my service advisor. And I’ve received no call back. Assistant manager that I spoke to at truck pick up hasn’t contacted me back. Also i left a voicemail to the service manager and still haven’t heard anything back.

I really liked working with Alexis Moreno at Sunrise Ford. He was exceptionally communicative and helpful. I did work with Alexis though the Costco car program which I really like as it takes a lot of high pressure typical car buying tactics out of the conversation. I got a pretty good deal…and Alexis and I avoided the drama that usually accompanies car buying. Alexis actually after purchase delivered the car to my house an hour and a half south of the dealership. I have never met a car salesman who did that for me before. Great guy, even keeled and fair. I would recommend dealing with him to anyone buying a car. The rest of the Sunrise people were also very professional, likable and not fake friendly. Raul in finance was also extremely helpful and good natured and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him also. I had an exceptional experience with the Sunrise team. It is an impressive dealership. I would have given 4 stars rather than 5 just because I hate buying cars - but I have to give Sunrise 5 stars.

My vehicle buying was good. I feel they did what they could to help me. But, the 'add ons' to help push the deal thru.... a FREE bedliner...... drove about 90 miles, with an appt, to have bedliner installed, but they could not locate the item when I arrived, so had to rebook for the next week. Arrived at 7:20am for my 8am appt. It is currently 11:15 am and they are still not done. I was told it would be a couple of hours, so I'm waiting....... over 3 hours, on second attempt. Not the happiest right now.**people are nice, but end result service is not acceptable!
