I took my equipment in to get fixed and they did a great job. They explained what made my equipment have problems. They answered all my questions. I did not know that ethanol causes problems when the machine just sits. I will come back

Horrible experience. Paid $36 to have lawn mower diagnosed, took one week. Results as followed: carburetor overhaul needed, spark plug, air filter, gas tank drained. $200.I decided it was too much money to dump into older lawn mower, no work tendered.First off, lawn mower was never inspected diagnosed.Secondly, come to find out lawn mower only needed old gas poured out new gas put in. By this time I had already purchased newer used lawn mower for $260.Old lawn mower runs like a champ. Contacted Superior lawn mower center. They asked me to bring lawn mower back in had me started up. They gave me a refund and I left. I'm still out of $260 :-(. ?? What happened to the honest people of this world!

I went to Superior looking to buy a 4 cycle blower. I told them I had a 2 cycle and didn't like having to deal with mixing fuel so I wanted a 4 cycle. The salesman sold me a Stihl, told me it was a 4 cycle and I also bought some of their fuel that he said had no additives so it was better for the motor. After a month I ran out of fuel. I went back to purchase more and they were out and didn't know when they were getting more in because of Covid. I then went to the gas station bought gas and went to work. Well the motor seized because unbeknownst to me they had actually sold me a 2 cycle blower. They will not stand behind their service, claim that they told me it was a 2 cycle, and claim they even went over using mixed fuel. All BS and I would recommend going to anyone else besides this place. They are dishonest and refuse to admit that they misinformed me.

They just told me whatever I wanted to hear so they could sell me a blower.

Paid to get blower and weed eater diagnosed , I was told both item where not repairable . I thought that was odd , so I started to look into them . My blower needed new spark plug and weed eater had a collapse fuel line due to clogged fuel filter .I diagnosed them my self with in minutes . I can’t believe they didn’t check for basic items like spark plugs and filters , like I did .Maybe they didn’t even look at it at all and just took my money . I feel like I got robbed .

All I've got to say is these guys know there stuff. When I went in with a question about the engine recoil starter they help me see how the new part was all self contained. All that was left was for me to install it. Easy fix. Thanks guys.

I spent over $400 on a couple riding tractors just for them to inspect and do nothing with them. I only wanted them to try and get them running and not to make them new. I was able to get both running for little.

Great customer service. They were very helpful explaining what happens to the gas in the machine and how harmful it is when it sits for too long. I’m so thankful to know that information so I won’t let my machines sit around anymore now I know to run it til the gas runs out. They also cleaned my machine very well and made it look brand new that I couldn’t even recognize my machine. Very professional!!!!!

BEST customer service ever They repaired my lawn mower and blower pretty fast. They made it run like brand new. They also even taught me about the gas and how it contains ethanol and how that affects my small engine equipment, I will definitely keep coming back here again. And I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Very bad on their estimate. I paid their inspection fee due to the tech acknowledging that this should be no more than 200. Turns out they wanted to charge me over 400. They are a waste of time and advise others to go elsewhere!

DON'T COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!!! My lawn mower had thrown rod so I went here for a new rod put in and paid $100 and after 2 uses the rod broke again. So I took it back in for them just to tell me the warranty was only good for 3 months and it just expired. Now they want me to pay another $100 just for them to do the same job . I don't know if they put a used part or just did a piss poor job the first time. Time are trying to put the blame on me and say it's my fault that I ran over something. The only thing I ran over was grass so how in the hell did it break after 2 uses? DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. GO SEE A REAL PROFESSIONAL AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. CHEAP PARTS AT QUALITY BRAND PRICES.
