Be careful when buying food here, the employees do not rotate the food by dates, especially in the refrigerated section. I've shopped here for years only because it's close by but it's been like that for a long time. Look at every date on the food you buy, you just might be buying something that's been expired for weeks.

just bought a pokemon trading card holiday set and didnt even leave the store my brother said he had it so i walk to customer service to return it.no where is it posted that you cant return it and we werent told at check out. It was less then 2 minutes later i didnt even leave the sore! I was told i can call corporate by a rude associate who said all we can do is post a sign. How would that help me! UNFORTUNATELY even corporate says well it says on our policies on target.com that you cant return it. I said i bought it in store .she said all she can do is report my feed back. Extremely unprofessional i will not be shopping somewhere, that it is clear there is no care for the customer!

I was buying a Pokémon Holiday Calendar as a gift but this person already had one after I had purchased the product. So before even leaving the store I went to the return and was met with "our policy says you can't return this" to which my reply was "how am I supposed to know that?!" Your checker didn't say anything, your computer didn't pop up with a warning, and there were no postings of this policy by the actual products. The only place it was written for the customer to see is on the reciept AFTER they are finished with their purchase. So I feel as this policy is trying to intentionally screw people over. I understand not EVERY policy should have to be posted but when you cannot return items that are kept in store year round it NEEDS to be posted for these non-returnable products. When I asked to speak with manager all she said was "Well, we can put a sign up but next time make sure to read the Target policy's on our website." Then proceeded to hand back my product and just smile.

I love my local target They always have everything that I'm looking for and very well organized. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. This is the perfect store to go into for a quick pick up or drive up. They are fast and efficient. I highly recommend this target..

We ACTUALLY got called terrorists by one the employees for recording a video on our phone of us even after we told them we weren't doing anything. They literally made us pull out our phone and frikin show them. The actual worst customer service.I wanna talk to a supervisor about this.

I have been coming to this Target for a very long time and lately it seems like the shopping experience has gone somewhat downhill. Recently due to the holiday madness I have been placing drive up orders.(mind you this isn't seasonal stuff, this is actual everyday stuff) And more often than not they don't have it in stock. They take forever to let you know, so half your day is blown waiting for your items. Only to find out that they "no longer have them in store". This particular Target has gone through some renovations. Let me say just because you put chairs and tables back in the "Starbucks" area does not mean you have renovated. The shelves here are ALWAYS empty. I had an incident a few weeks ago where I bought a Switch game add-on and needed the code to activate it (it was a gift), anyhow I noticed the receipt was so faded. Mind you the receipt came out looking faded. So when I noticed I tried calling the store customer service AND electronics. No answer. I also tried to call all other stores in my area as well for clarification on what to do, no one answered their phones. So this issue seems to be company wide. Anyhow I drive back down there and explain that I bought the add-on 30 Minutes prior and showed them my receipt. They basically told me to go back home and get the game card. so I did. FINALLY they refunded and did another transaction. The folks were pretty nice about it I will say. I use to love going to Target. In fact, I would pay higher prices for the convenience and the fact that you could find some nice stuff that other places do not offer. But recently I have been disappointed to say the least. The older gentleman at the self check out is so polite ! I like when he is on the clock. Helpful and polite, while others act like you are disturbing their peace if you have a question or if their equipment fails. Basically they don't ask if you need help. They instead look like they have fear in their eyes that you are going to actually make them do their job. Target needs to pull their $&@t together. It's sad when people would rather go to Walmart than Target. They "change" stuff up so much but the service goes downhill.

Since y'all wanna try to get my reviews taken down, ima post again. How is it your customers fault that you can't understand that even when you CAN'T get cash back, you can still pay with card. Absolutely NO REASON to close down self checkout and make people wait in a mile long line to the back of the store.

I ordered online and received the incorrect items. Upon return with the incorrect items the em target associate was rude. My order was also lost and I am currently waiting at the return counter in a massive line for them to correct the issue. Thank you so much target for making me return at no fault of mine. And a special thanks to Edwin for making me get out of my car while on crutches with a torn meniscus. Thanks Edwin!!

This place is organized, but I've gone here several times to only find things out of stock. Whether it's face wash or bathroom decor (eg. hand soap jar) amongst other things, you're running a risk that it will be out of stock. This is the only retail store for fundamental things nearby. I would think they would order more stock on items than to run the risk of running short and upset customers. I've been here at least 20 times and it never fails. What's even more strange, I've seen their shipping containers in their parking lot taking up parking spaces. Mess! Will, I be back? Of course since it's the only retail spot for fundamental items and things.

Service is what you'd expect. The products are typical for a target. There are higher quality food over the regular supermarket. The only thing I don't get are their sales. They advertise like 10 cents off a loaf of bread. Who cares? Have more meaningful sales on food. With that said happy to shop here every so often.

Yesterday I went to Target and had an encounter with Valerie the cashier. My friend and I are new to the WIC thing and she was extremely patient and attentive to our questions. She gently guided us thru the process. Good job Valerie on your excellent customer service.

I went there today to get some milk and a few other things. And let me just start off by saying bc that it was extremely messy! There was clothes everywhere, random empty carts in aisle. I normally never complain about that but it seems like Walmart is more cleaner now. Shoes/clothes were everywhere. Honestly really disappointed,

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE IN TARGET. I bought one table online with big quality issues. And I came store return it and get another table. We I back home try to set up the table. The Connection not even match. Really upset for this place. Totally waste whole night to drive come and back. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE.
