Drive up service sucks this time of year and I blame target, not the employees. Three workers for over 20Spots is not enough. I have waited over an hour now when no order in sight. Come on target quit trying to save a dollar.

This target has the rudest employees, is always dirty, out of stock of items, and the lines are SO long. Don't bother with the drive up option unless you have 30-45 minutes to spare. The Starbucks employees don't want to be there and it's very evident. They also don't take cash for gift cards at Starbucks which is very inconvenient. The only positive thing about this target is the location but it's worth the extra time to drive to another location.

The store is big but kinda messy and unorganized because they have so many stuffs, the first Target I saw a section for Anime collectibles, nothing missing here except for the Power Rangers, they had none, I would have spent more time, things could get overwhelmed in here, I was hoping for 2003 TMNT reissue but they were not here yet, Fontana just have San Diego beat for a size of Target lol :)

Super busy with long lines in the afternoons and evenings. Staff is not helpful or friendly. I live in Fontana and will find my way to the Target in San Dimas for a pleasant Target experience

The drive up service sucks so bad. Even when it's not the holidays they take forever. Not even convenient. The employees literally just stand there and talk to each other no urgency whatsoever!!! I've tried it several times cause I have an infant and I'll rather get off and get the items myself.

The service is fine once you get through the long line. Evelyn is so sweet and efficient and yet her line goes the fastest. She makes you feel like oh it was worth the wait to stay in this ridiculous line. Only two registers are available and self check out, the line is all the way by the shoes department. The selection is better than usual. The value is regular price. Some items on sale. I do wish they would have more registers open for customers.

I know I've been here a few times to shop, but last night I was here to first use the women restroom after a long 3.0 hours rest stop LOL. Secondly, I had to return a box of Advil to Target. My prior visits were for in-store shopping reasons which provided a decent experience. Hence, I didn't pay much attention to the women restroom and customer service areas. However, last night, I got first hand observations of the latter two areas.Women restroom was a mess. Trash bin was full to the rim with an overflow. Toilet paper on the floor. It was not a pleasant sight. I understand it was near closing time, but still. Restrooms should be checked regularly like on an hourly basis IMHO.As for the customer service area, there were returned merchandise on the counter. Almost like no space to handle transactions. Despite of that, the staff was pleasantly nice. My Advil return was very quick and easy. I needed a tissue for my nose and there happened to be a box on the counter. I asked for a tissue and the gentleman behind the counter brought the box to me so I can grab one. Thank you sir!I hope this is not a regular display of the store. I like to shop in a clean and organized store. Restrooms and customer service areas are closest to the entrance. First impression is everything. Anyway, hope they do better in their day to day maintenance and provide more attention and care to all areas of the store throughout the day. Happy Targeting!

I haven't paid attention to whether Target stores have the same store layout plan. One thing I had observed was the $1 items are always displayed as soon as you enter the store. Not the very best strategic placement from a consumer's stand point especially if young kids are involved!!But I love it lol. I love the deals on stuff that I don't need !The store merchandised their displays neatly and aisles are wide enough and browsing was enjoyable.

Has anyone noticed customer service has totally went out the window?!?? About the time when Rona hit until now. I visited Target to buy things for the week for my son's lunch and other items. They only had a handful of registers open. As my cashier was ringing up my items, she wouldn't put them into my cart. I asked my special needs son if he could help in putting them into the cart. When she was done ringing me up, and I paid, she turned your back on me and started helping the next person. Mind you, I had a mountain of groceries and things inside multiple bags to be put into the cart. I asked her if she was going to call someone to assist us in putting the items into the cart for us, or was she was going to assist me? She looked at me and tells me "it's not my responsibility!" This took me by surprise, and it really made me so upset. I asked her. How is it NOT her responsibility, I don't get paid to work for Target, she does and we are not at Food 4 Less. This is your responsibility! She had noticed my son is special needs, and was unable to help me and didn't show any compassion. I asked her to contact her manager, and she ignored me. I had to ask her three times to contact her manager which she finally did. You would think before her manager would get there as she would assist in putting the bags in the cart for me and help, she didn't. She kept doing her own thing, and I ended up doing it myself. The manager said he was sorry and he would talk to her, showed no empathy and had the "I don't care attitude, im just here" as well. I remember back in 2019 when people were nice, people smiled at other and there was kindness. Target doesn't care if I never come here again, I am just a nobody, that they will lose business from one person.

Target is a great one-stop-shop for all your needs. I recently had the pleasure of shopping at this Target and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. What stood out to me the most was the helpfulness of the employees. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and assistance in finding what I was looking for. The staff was always eager to help and make sure I had a pleasant shopping experience. Another thing that caught my attention was the great selection of kid's clothes. The clothes are trendy, high-quality and reasonably priced. I was able to find a great outfit for my little one. In conclusion, I had a great shopping experience at Target. The helpfulness of the employees, the great selection of kid's clothes, the clean and well-organized store, and the wide range of products all contributed to a fantastic shopping experience. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

This target was my favorite in my area. All the employees are nice and helpful. But Im so disappointed with the new manager she is rude and not helpful, target you need to do better in who you make managers.. Wont be going to this target anymore will have to go 10 mins away to a different location.

I've lived near this store for about 10 years now and as each year went by this store went from really great to horribly unorganized and never in stock of certain items. The employees look like they dread their shifts, everything is everywhere and looks a mess, and it seems management does not care about the store overall. I try to give this place a chance each time because it's nearby and close but I guess a further drive down to another is what I gotta do.

Overall very happy with my shopping experience. The store was busy but well kept. All staff was friendly. I was offered help by a gentlemen, I didn't get his name. The lines were not as long as I expected. Cashier Dakota was very friendly, attentive, and quick. She asked if I found all my items and wished me a happy holiday. Very happy with this store and although its a little out of the way I plan on making Fontana North my home store!!
