I usually very satisfied with Target. But not sure what happened customer satisfaction went out the door. I went in to pick up a comforter set and was excited to see so many set on clearance. I got to the register and found out the one I chose was not on clearance. The cashier apologized and said someone probably moved it. I told her no problem I will come back. Came back following day and to my surprise the comforter set was right back in the same spot a long with 2 more of the same set. So I took a picture and went to the register spoke to a manager and was told they could not honor it. All they could do is give me a 20% off and then proceeded to say that they did not know what happened, but it was overstock. For as long as I've been a customer at this target I feel that that is unacceptable and tags should have been removed at that point rather than sending so many customers back-and-forth is very inconvenient to not do anything at all not to fix it or remove the tags as a simple process this so customers are not thinking that the item is on clearance. Very dissatisfied.

Always understaffed. If you come in the morning nothing is ever stocked and there’s always huge lines for checkout because they only have 2 or 3 registers open. Absolutely hate this location I would recommend going to the South Fontana location on Slover but it being on the other side of town is a huge inconvenience.

Being down the job postings if you’re not going to have the jobs available. Don’t want to keep wasting time applying when the outcome is going to be nothing.

What is going on?! I have lived in Hunter's Ridge for over 10 years. Target has changed. Changed in a very bad way. Usually there are only 2 registers open, maybe 3 if it's busier. Lines are wrapped around the aisles almost constantly now. Wait times have become so long I see people get fed up, leave their merchandise, and leave the store frustrated. It is now a normal occurance to enter the store and have no carts available. They're all gone with people waiting for someone to leave a cart they can use in the store. It does not appear that there is anybody regularly wrangling carts from the parking lot. The shelves are also a mess, understocked and very disorganized. It's much. harder to find things. Prices on items are difficult to find, and none of the scanners around the store to check prices work any longer. Target management needs to wake up! Fully staff your stores. Stop running skeleton crews and stretching your employees too thin. Pay your employees a livable wage. Target you had a 3.8% increase in profits from last year an increase of over 40% from 2022. The statement, "Expect More. Pay less," is posted throughout the store. If I were to actually expect more, I'd only be setting myself up for disappointment. I have come to expect less and pay more. You are making money! Stop giving me less (less product, less service, less value) for more money.

I’ve used the Target Drive Up to get my orders for over a year now and it is easy and quick to get the items I’ve ordered. This makes shopping much easier since I don’t have to get into long lines to check out.

Their customer service is poor. Drive up at least 30 minutes +. No one to ask for help. Everyone seems sad. The store overall is a target so it does it’s job.

In the two years I've lived here, there has never been a time that this target has short lines. With hardly any cashiers, be prepared to wait 5-20 minutes in a line that goes halfway down/across the store with only 2-3 registers.

Always understaffed. They recently expanded the drive up parking and didn't increase the staff for it. So wait time for pick up are 30 minutes or more(beware). The store rarely has enough cash registers open so expext excessive long lines to check out.So far the store has NOT locked up all of it'd inventory and is more or less well stocked. But the chaisers are generally not friendly and are not happy due to the constant long lines.
