*BEWARE* of incorrect barcodes on items. I purchased window blind, 23X64 in. description on box & blind in it matched, did have to have an employee cut an inch off to fit my window. What didn't match was the bar code & price. I was charged for 27X64 in blind. Unfortunately, I did not notice it until after I had hung up the blind and was reviewing my receipts ( had multiple purchases due to my room remodel ). I took pictures of the hung blind and a tape measure next to it & took it to Home Depot in San Bernardino on 08/29 spoke with Margaret at returns desk asked if I could get price difference refunded ($7) she said I need to bring box & blind in to get refund and then repurchase at correct price Very upsetting. The reason I went to Fontana Home Depot to buy blinds bcz the San Bernardino location had its blind cutting machine out at the time. Not trying to buy products at one location and get refunds at another, San Bernardino is my closest location.

Just wanted to take a quick moment to say how pleased we were to work with one of your Fontana in-store associates, Chris Ramirez. Chris helped us with our selection and purchase of new garden hedges for our backyard. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Home Depot has pretty much everything you need to repair things at your home or apartment. The tools they sell are great, they have a wide assortment of tools for everything. I Love also their Gardening Department.

I have been lived in the area many years and purchased many things from the store before and the other employees are nice. But today, some employees in Home Depot customer services in this store are so bad, the men work in 15 lane, Brian doesn't want work in Home Depot, he is rude to the customers and even refused to work. He asked Dina to help the customer but the girl is untrained, knows nothing, very bad attitude, she doesn't know anything of how to help the customers and even argued with the customers, and even said the customer is stupid. She and Brian are in 15 lane, they are discriminate the customers. Not help the customers and even said the customers are stupid. Brian even lied to the customers and told he is the general manager of the store and asked me to leave, he and the girl Dina are both so rude without training. Even the other Home Depot employees are trying to help me to find what equipment I need to install the solar lights on the bricks hard wall. Brian asked and stopped other employees to help me the customer and ask me to leave, it is discrimination to me. He is so rude and should not work in Home Depot and he doesn't like work here too, he refused to work. Can not believe Home Depot allow such kind of wired person without training to work in the store, he totally doesn't want work. He not only doesn't want help the customer but also stopped other employees to help the customers to find the right equipment, he is so rude and without corresponding education and training. He should be fired for even push the customer to leave and not buy the products and destroyed the business of the store and the business owner. Brian and Dina, the girl, work in 15 lane on Sunday, discriminate customers very rude to the customers need to be fired.

Please just avoid Home Depot at all costs. Ordered 2 sets of washers and dryers in July (4 appliances in total). The contracted delivery team Temco was a joke. Came to install a fridge (they had read the orders wrong), had to reschedule. The next soonest appointment was the following week. Waited and waited to have no one show (the claimed the orders read it was already delivered and installed so they skipped me!!) when they finally came back and installed another week after that they damaged my wall!!! Zero luck since AUGUST to get anyone to even give me an answer as to how to be reimbursed for the damage. Temco points at Home Depot and Home Depot points at Temco. Finally I was told I had to contact my local Home Depot to start a claim through their insurance company: Segwick. I called the Fontana location and spoke to Yesenia. She dismissed me immediately and said Home Depot does not deal with Temco's damages. I asked her to please look into the matter rather than just brush me off. Sure enough this was the way to submit a claim. But guess what... Yesenia put in the claim wrong! Now I'm back to square one. The last straw is I just got an email saying "...your homedepot.com order shipped..." I sure didn't order anything else from these amateurs. Looked at the email to see the invoice dated back in June! And yes my credit card was charged again?!? HOW?!Everyone please check your credit card and bank statements to Make sure you haven't been double charged!! And just to be extra safe don't even think about shopping in store or online!

Long long lines...ridiculous! They need to invest in training floor employees to also be checkout clerks. Otherwise love their inventory and price point.

I normally don't buy from these people because the China connection pisses me off but we had a project and my husband went. They have the plywood but the damn saw is broken so no project today. When is the saw going to be fixed? Don't know because the woman on the the phone is the most completely ignorant b**** if ever talked to. This used to be the best company, shopped here happily all the time, now I detest these people. Even if it costs double I will buy elsewhere. UnAmerican, unprofessional, obtuse and obsolete they are not going to make it. Good riddance to bad f****** trash!

Located off Sierra Lakes past Citrus. Plenty of parking. We had to return an item that we purchased. The wait for the returns wasn't too long. Employee was friendly and fast with her service. Enjoyed the lovely decorations for Halloween.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! & RACIALLY PROFILED!!!!!!!!!!Supervisor Dri" and Cashier Madison Are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional they had a horrible attitude and didn't try to help me with any of my questions and when asked to speak to the Manager they refused to allow me to do so.

Was there today looking for a blower fan. On the website it says 4 available and pls. see an associate. I asked 4 people and they were just pointing me here and there. The last one who was walking on the aisle by plumbing and I asked him showing the picture on the web site, he says he is busy helping another customer then a guy just ask him about a part and he helped him. That figures, they choose only who they want to help. So off I went to Lowes in Sierra and got the blower fan that I wanted. People there are much nicer. I'll minimize my visit to that store and just order on Amazon or go to Lowes. Very bad customer service.

He was falsely accused, this was a racist act!!! Please be aware of this, this white male ran after him without proof of anything, my husband had a backpack because he was driving his motorcycle. 2 cashiers and this white male ran after him embarrassing him in front of others customers. Tengan cuidado cuando vallan a la Home Depot de sierra lakes, mi esposo fue acusado de robarse algo sin tener ninguna prueba de eso, el tenía su mochila porque andaba manejando su moto , 2 cajeras y este hombre de raza blanca corrieron atrás de el y lo acosaron enfrente de todo el resto de los clientes. Esto fue un acto racista!!!
