Susie at the paint department very rude and disrespectful. Every Home Depot has discounted paint that customers don't buy . They can't re sell it so they drop the price on it . Well she was being lazy and didn't want to sell me the paint . She told me I had to wait until next week . Makes no sense when you have a customer trying to buy it instead of holding on to it

Almost had my phone and purse stolen. I tried to notify the store because the couple is probably going around doing that to other customers. I wanted to give a description location and time. They asked "do you have a police report" my answer was "not yet" he told me to "have the police contact the store when I file a report." click

Their website stated there were 114 ABS pipes in stock, only to drive there and find out there were 0 in stock. According to one of the employees, "we've been out of stock for a while and haven't updated it yet"; Same issue with their vinyl fencing and paneling. This has been going on for months now. And their customer service, they are nice people, but when it comes to asking for an employee with experience, you hear them requesting for help on the intercom, yet no helper arrives at your aisle after 15 minutes. Anyways, going to my back-up Home Depot on Madison Street, they never fail me

I was in the process of purchasing an appliance bundle online. The price for a LG fridge was $2098. Once added to the cart the price increased to $3098. So I went in store to see why the price jumped. A sales associate Audrey pulled up the fridge specs online and ran into the same problem. We called HomeDepot. Com. They saw the problem. I began to text with someone from HomeDepot. Com who said it was a glitch in the system and that a store manager needed to adjust the price for me in store. The store manager Matt cones down with an attitude and poor customer service and refused to adjust the price. I told the associate on Homedepot. Com that he refused and he stated he cannot refuse we have to honor the price, it is an error on our end. Matt offered to adjust $400 instead of the $900. My total purchase was over $6000. He would not adjust the price like the corporate number stated that he had to. I walked away. Please buy your appliances from a store that has integrity, owns up to their mistakes and treat you well as a customer.

This is actually one of the better home depots around. Pretty good customer service. They usually have good selections and things in stock. The last decade or so some of the Home Depot's have lost a lot of customer service and the way they treat their customers. But this one seems to be pretty good

I normally order my appliances through Lowes. I decided to give Home Depot a try. What a disaster!!!! There delivery company they use is a train wreck. They first won't install my washer machine upstairs and had to go through seven different people to finally get them to come back out and install the washer. Then to boot they weren't go to install again. My husband was pissed. After going back and forth we finally got the washer machine installed. Now the L - brackets to pedestal/washer to hide the foots on the washer weren't installed and we're having issues getting them. It has been such a fiasco. I will never buy appliances through Home Depot again.

My wife and I needed new appliances and after being told by friends that Home Depot is great we decided to go with them and used the Fontana ca location on Santa Ana and Sierra Ave. This location has very nice and knowledgeable people when your first at the point of purchase but once everything is done and they aren't involved it becomes a different story. So for those who don't know Home Depot uses a third party to do their appliance deliveries and installs . They are by far the worst company to use they only did the delivery not the full and complete install. So they just dropped everything off they never removed the protective foam or plastic film that is pretty much wrapped around the appliances. We ended up having to use another company to complete the instal and when they did they removed the protective foam and it exposed a concealed damage . Having said all of this my wife called and emailed Home Depot immediately as soon as the appliances were dropped off and then again when the concealed damage was revealed . After speaking to someone at Home Depot she was told that the window of reporting was gone it was too late yet she reported it within less than 24 hours. We spent over $5000.00 on the appliances and yet Home Depot is washing their hands with it they are not trying to make anything right at all in any way . This is wrong it is unacceptable and I would recommend anyone looking for appliances go to Pirch or Lowe's they will take care of you and they will make anything that is not to your satisfaction right. I will never spend anymore of my money at with or on a company which doesn't value their biggest and only reason for existence their customer!!!
