Made an appointment online. Received confirmation email. Showed up at appointment time to be told that our appointment wasnt confirmed and the installer would not be in for another two hours. A customer should not have to contact the company to verify an appointment once there is a CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Excellent service! Has all the uhaul equipment to rent at this location. Highly recommended... I recommend going during the morning and before the end of regular working hours.
