The UPS Access Point inside the CVS at 16049 Baseline Ave is very convenient and reliable. Staff are usually friendly and helpful when picking up or dropping off packages, and the process is quick compared to waiting at a main UPS store. Being located inside a CVS makes it easy to handle errands at the same time, like grabbing essentials or prescriptions. The store is well organized and open late, which adds to the convenience. Parking can get busy at peak times, but overall this is a solid and dependable access point that saves time.

Not happy at all make sure you have a label put on your package or they won't take it whats the point if they don't do labels for UPS you end up going to the ups any way.

Feeling ripped off, who charges $78 for three sets of scans, UPS does.Then who ignores their customers after ripping them off, some chick who works at this UPS location.Either way, their email did not arrive on time so the service is less then appreciated.Never again. Keep the cash and go away.

I rarely do reviews, but when I do, the place must have been really good or really bad. I would give this store 0 stars. The lady at the front desk made a fuss about not having my package taped. Then another employee got involved and said that we had to leave "their" store. I went to another UPS store, (11251 Sierra Ave #2E, Fontana, CA 92337) and they did not make a fuss about it like she did. They taped it for me and even said that all I need is the item and the shipping label and they would do the rest. Do not recommend going here at all.

I went on 3/14/22 around 1 pm to visit this store because I have something to return at UPS service but Michala said I have to pack the item properly to return it and put some tape,I went to a UPS at Fontana on Sierra end Jurupa and the guy there was very professional and polite,he eccepted the package with not problem at all.
