Rude untrained refuse to cash my checks, one rep laughed at me and said she was laughing with me. It is not funny when someone has bills to pay. they had the funds but needed to hold them for other customers what ever that means!

We usually do not go into banks but we needed to this time. We were hesitant to stop at this bank because we saw the reviews but our experience was amazing. There was only one main teller then the 3 other workers (at their desks) were with customers. The manager Vicki Gomez started inviting people from the line in to her office to help expedite the process. She was so kind and helpful, we usually do everything online or ATM so we weren't entirely sure about the whole process but she explained everything and had an amazing attitude. She had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond, she was cheerful and made us feel really comfortable.

The ATM hasn't worked the last two visits. I do not like going inside if I can avoid it.They need more tellers, to help expedite the long line.

US BANK - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I'll start by saying, after 12 years with US Bank, this last year of which was alarmingly disheartening, my wife and I have decided to close all of our accounts; checking accounts, savings, as well as credit cards, and move our business to a bank we're hoping will handle our financial matters with a bit more of that "customer service" that we've failed to find with US Bank. If you're wondering how some of your most important financial transactions will be handled by US Bank by all means, please read on...For context, my wife and I have not only been customers for 12 years, we've utilized US Bank financial products such as a checking accts, savings accts, mortgages, personal loans, auto loans, and credit cards all with a flawless payment history and credit scores that exceed 800.Earlier this year, and after five years with my former employer, a nice opportunity came along and I made the decision to change employment. Upon leaving I was issued a manual check of which I deposited via the mobile app. US Bank decided to put an EIGHT day hold on that check of which I needed to make my house payment. After multiple phone calls, and being refused any help, I actually had to take a cash advance on a credit card to ensure my house payment was made on time. Keep in mind, the manual check was from a company that had been making direct deposits to my US Bank account for five years. In the end, I got to pay the interest and cash advance fees on my US Bank credit card related to the advance! Thanks US Bank... customer service at its best!More recently, my wife and I were exploring a HELOC and I approached US Bank who sent me the forms to fill out and a list of necessary documents that would need to be retrieved and submitted. Having completed all requirements, I was told all was well and US Bank was simply waiting on final approval. I then received a phone call stating the HELOC would not be approved due to a bankruptcy from 2011 that was discharged in 2018; five years ago it was discharged and doesn't even show up on my credit report. US Bank only knew of it because I disclosed it to them. The fact the HELOC was not approved was a minor irritant. I'm sure there are lots of banks out there that would appreciate the business. Here's what really got to me... why run a customer through all the trouble of completing forms, retrieving documents, pulling a hard inquiry and damaging my credit rating, if your policy wouldn't allow the approval to begin with?!?Just so we're clear, it doesn't matter how long you've been a customer in good standing, whether you have a flawless payment history or how high a credit score. If there's one thing you can count on with US Bank... during your most important financial transactions they will absolutely turn their back on you!

Worst US Bank branch for drive-up ATM! The machine is always broke. Either its completely down or it will not take deposits or give cash. They even recentry replaced it and it has more issues than before.

0 stars if I could!The branch is the world's laziest is correct!! Went in there, one staff was on her cell phone and won't even look up to see who came in. Finally the manager came out of her office and look bothered and annoyed. Had some bank business to do, just decided to leave, the incompetence is oozing out of this branch. Banking is not the same like it was before with professional, smart staff, I will move all my accounts and go somewhere else.

I'm a business owner, I just came to cash a check previously I had a long wait experience but I give it a try again and shame s**** only one person in front of me and I had a 35 min wait unbelievable service and all the other clerks sitting down just looking at us but not helping, definitely I won't recommend this bank go to Milliken and Baseline worst, worst bank.

I accidentally inside wrong door it's said exit the women said no, I walked other door and the women talk to me I told her I can't hear because I'm deaf she keeping talk I'm so mad she act like COME ON LIKE SHE GIVES ME UGLY ATTITUDE

If you’re looking to finance a car, choose carefully!Last year, August 2020, I switched my car from a lease to a buy and decided to go through US Bank and went through this branch. I was told they would do the paperwork for the DMV as well which I thought was great.Fast forward 1 year, it’s now August 2021 and I recently found out the title transfer has still not been completed. US Bank stopped the process on their end months ago….EXCEPT they never told me they stopped on their end nor did I know there were any issues (DMV had rejected more than once). When I finally found out there was an issue and followed up with the bank to ask about it I was told they stopped the process on their end because they (at some point) figured that it would be faster if I did it myself due to the DMV’s backlog - I understand if the DMV has a backlog but not US Bank’s failure to communicate.I would have been fine doing it myself early on but they failed to inform me and I only found out because the DMV sent me something directly. I never received anything from US Bank about this by neither email, phone/voicemail or postal mail. I am just now trying to complete it with the DMV and I’m facing possible penalty fees. Will never use them again!
