Very bad experience at this location, the Hispanic male employee with glasses is very rude, he speaks very loudly as to offer excuses rather than explanations, it's obvious that he doesn't like his job but he takes out his frustrations on the public. He should not be working the customer service counter

Please do yourself a favor and drive out further than coming into this embarrassing establishment. They are all rude, incompetent, and have no clue how to deal with customers. If I could I would give 0 stars. Also, if you have an appointment, good luck , they will have you wait in over 2 hours to get seen and treated like crap.

The man scheduled on 6/23 working the front around 2 pm is incredibly rude and has poor customer service. Went in for a quick drop off but instead got spoken to like I was the dumbest person.

So I took an envelope to this post office and asked employee if it’s ok with stamp and the way it is in envelope. She acknowledge the package. Verified the stamps were okay. And she accepted it. What happens after 3 weeks you may ask. It was returned to me and letter stated not valid envelope. Really?!?!!! Really!!!!! That was the damn reason I waited in line here for 20 minutes to confirm it was okay the way it was sent. I could have just put in mail box and not care but that’s why I asked a usps employee. Come one people get it together. Sad because this was supposed to be a surprise for my mother. I guess I should look at the bright side and I got package back but it should have been delivered. It’s not like I didn’t pay for stamps. Very disappointed at this situation. Why does this post office open so late?!?! Others open 8am 9am. No wonder it gets bombarded at later times. People would probably want to go before work. I would at least go at 8-9am
They need more employees here. Always long lines on Monday and only one person working. Manager should get involved. Seems like supervisor doesn’t care.

Very bad experience there!!! The male employee with glasses is terribly rude!!! He threw my book to the back very rudely, and I heard a loud bang. I was really worried that the corners of the book might have gotten damaged. It’s a very precious book. I’ve never seen such a rude and unprofessional USPS employee!!!! This is horrible. And he gave me the whole wrong information about shipping cost which was totally different with what I was told in another USPS store. He doesn’t know how to his job. Never come back to this USPS store!!!

Really BAD customer service. I had to wait in line for 30mins. They just left the front desk unattended because they didn't have enough employees to take care of customers. So there was no one until one of them came back from lunch

Horrible location! Staff are extremely rude and not helpful what so ever, Tomas was the one that we dealt with, horrible customer service he is the reason for this negative review. Also overheard other staff being very rude to other customers. If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would!

If there was ANYTHING LOWER I WOULD GIVE IT TO THEM ! HORRID service ! They don't explain the processes correctly, hence making people waste their time ! I've been here for over 2 hours trying to submit my passport application .their copy machine doesn't work .they sent me on 2 wild goose chases...their incompetence is s EPIC !!!!!!!! The UPS assistant manager told me they are idiots who will misinform you or NOT INFORM YOU.. so they don't have to assist you ?!! Sounds about right. Real talk.. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN !!!!!

Bad service and Mr. Tomas attends in a very bad way, just because I told him that I did not speak English, he attended to me in Spanish but very arrogant and in a bad manner.

One hour to do a 5 minutes transaction. If the USPO is going to do passports then they should have hired more staff. Unbelievable.

Slowest line rate. They only have 1 person serving the general inquiries and 1 on passport. Do not come around mainly 11 or 12 because you'll catch yourself getting old in the line. Regardless expect big lines.
