Don't go to this place, very bad service, boy, call Angel, he speaks very badly, he doesn't help, they are withdrawals, they don't give you information, these guys don't give you information because I can use it, I really don't recommend this place.
Buy a phone in 30 days, it no longer works, it has a one-year warranty and I said only 30 days, the guarantees are one year. I'm going to report it to the PPP. When are you going to buy, they talk to you. It's okay. When you have a problem, they don't want to doubt, obviously, because there are no promotions for them. waste your money with this place

Absolutely zero customer focus. Custome rep look bewildered at transferring information moto z to new moto z after more than came back said couldn't do. After paying $29.99 service fee. After I asked for money back was advised no but come back with the next phone. New phone arrived my parents went back store and almost 2 plus said they could do this and recommended a shop in the next city over. Totally unacceptable I have loyal Verizon since the late 1990s. I would like my $29.99 credited on credit card since no service was completed.

Unfortunately, the service was very frustrating. Was told to come back due to not having enough time to complete the transaction. I arrive the next day to be told there nothing we can do to help. Reading other reviews I can concur. Very bad customer service. Online service surpasses this experience even when language is a barrier things get taken care of...23 yrs as a customer... Bad to say but we may need AI to probably do a better job

Useless. They don't want to help people in this store so they tell you to just call their customer service number. I got stuck in a loop and I went back in to ask for help and they refused to help. Most unhelpful people I've ever dealt with.

This place is HORRIBLE! There is not a single competent employee working there. Costumer services is a joke everyone was rude and dismissive, and no one had any product knowledge. The fact that these people are allowed to operate motorized vehicles is terrifying.The person who is the absolute worst is Rudy. Was extremely rude and disrespectful and was only focused on the sale. Didn't know a thing about the Samsung products he was selling. On top of that when placing the order he got the address wrong even though I verbally told him the address and it was displayed on my ID. Then when I returned to the store seeking assistance, they gave me none and told me to call ups. Again proving that they are useless and will say anything to you to take your money. I am in the process of filing a claim with the better business bureau. But I just want to save others the same headache that I've been going through since the 31st of January.If you value your time, money and sanity DO NOT GO HERE and more importantly work with Rudy. I have spent hours and days trying to fix Rudy's careless mistakes.
